Tremco Incorporated is a leading manufacturer of products for the construction and new building maintenance markets and a fast-growing division of RPM.
Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems, scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, quality and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, project costs and generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. JOB DESCRIPTION
Tremco Incorporated is a leading manufacturer of products for the construction and new building maintenance markets and a fast-growing division of RPM.
Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems, scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, quality and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, project costs and generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. This position requires 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman.
You must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management.
Travel is required. Additional duties will include participating in development and enforcement of jobsite safety plans, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Also, responsibilities will include Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary.
Core understanding of General building standards knowledge, Scheduling, Shop drawing review.
OSHA 10 Hour Certification is required.
Deep understanding of all Construction Management tasks, understanding of Superintendent roles & responsibilities communications, Superior written, oral and digital communication skills, Able to create performance reporting
Computer Literacy: Email, web, MSWord, and MSExcel The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Technician;
Assist in planning, executing and documenting R&D Projects, including those focused on product durability and innovation.
Prepare and test samples in accordance with UKAS standards, including freeze/ thaw cycles and other long- term durability assessments.
Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to prototype and evaluate new solutions and construction methods.
Initiate, as well as support investigations into product performance and contribute to research programmes replicating field conditions in laboratory settings.
Work on projects aimed at minimising waste in addition to projects assessing the impact of new and related materials
Conduct scheduled calibrations, including plant calibrations, to save money, and maintain lab equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing.
Maintain and update documentation to support ISO standards.
Provide technical input for development projects
Requirements of the Quality Technician;
Promoting and complying Health and Safety policies to ensure the health and safety of its employees and customers.
Communicating effective awareness of the risks and hazards to all personnel and maintain controls necessary
Developing self within role and participate in and develop from training and developmental activities assigned to oneself.
Establishing self as a subject matter expert in designated technical/professional/operational discipline.

Production Coordinator
Location: Havant
Salary: up to £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday Friday (half day Friday)
This role is key to ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the required standards.
It involves actively monitoring progress, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks, and working closely with relevant departments to resolve issues and keep work moving forward.
Duties
- Keep a close eye on the progress of projects and tasks from start to finish, making sure everything stays on track
- Spot any risks, delays, or hold-ups early and take steps to prevent them from becoming bigger issues
- Check that the right parts, materials, and resources are available when needed to keep things moving
- Act as the go-to link between teams, sharing updates and progress reports with managers and colleagues
- Help teams resolve problems quickly by encouraging clear communication and practical solutions
- Look into delivery challenges, quality concerns, or workflow disruptions and work to get them sorted
- Collaborate with the right people to put corrective actions in place when things dont go as planned
- Escalate issues to senior managers if they cant be resolved at your level
- Keep accurate notes on progress, conversations, and actions taken
- Lend a hand with admin tasks that support the smooth running of the role and wider department
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by supporting departmental goals
Skills
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a busy production or fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with people at all levels
- Strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and still meet deadlines
- A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to spot issues before they become problems
- Comfortable using software and systems for tracking progress, reporting, and managing data
