As a Senior Ecologist, you will be leading and coordinating ecological surveys across a range of habitats and species.
You will be responsible for:
* Preparing reports, including PEAs, management plans, and Ecological Impact Assessments.
* Advising on ecological constraints, planning issues, and mitigation measures.

You will be responsible for the entire project from feasibility stage through to completion of project.

THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Project Manager with experience of the following:-
Feasibility and viability assessments
Contribute to architectural and technical design
Manage the professional consultants through the planning and construction phases
Drive the project programme and critical path throughout the development cycle to practical completion
Be able to identify new business and investment opportunities
Be able to understand and manage the client's expectations with regards to Employers Requirements and Project Brief
Manage the tender process working alongside the Quantity Surveyor
Review and contribute to the building design from concept throught to construction documentation stages
Help with the negtiation and procurement of the Main and Sub-Contractors
Manage the design team to keep momentum on design requirements and to meet the project and programme milestones
Manage the obtainment of statutory approvals and ensure these are followed through
Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to produce the initial cost plan and budget
Review and approve monthly drawdowns and valuations on projects to ensure that budgets are met.
You will have a Degree in a construction or property subject e.g.
Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management or similar.
Experience of working and construction professional within the real estate sector essential.
Salary is negotiable from around £65000 to £75000 depending on experience per annum plus pension, professional fees, bonus etc.
