Pay Rates: £15.00 - £23.00
Shift Pattern: Night shifts (Monday-Friday 22:00pm - 06:00am)
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a female client in her home environment.
This role offers the rewarding opportunity to positively impact her daily life while working closely with her family.
The client is diagnosed with Rett syndrome, a four-stage progressive condition that results in severe learning and physical disabilities.
She is fully dependent on her parents and adult caregivers to meet all of her care needs, has very limited independent movement, and is a full-time wheelchair user requiring an adult to assist with and operate her wheelchair.
The position involves delivering high-quality care and support, ensuring her wellbeing, comfort, and safety at all times.
This includes monitoring her condition, assisting with all daily living needs, and promoting dignity and as much independence as possible in every aspect of care.

The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.
Developing Business
Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials
Inspection and evaluation of the property
Preparing roof drawings and sketches
Preparing scope of work documents
Preparing proposals
Attending sales calls
Pricing patch and repair jobs
Providing technical expertise

Managing Accounts

May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role.

Identify customer needs to facilitate product mix and platform recommendations.

Advising clients on Professional Indemnity, Travel, Personal Accident and additional classes including D&O, MLP and Fleet where needed
Handling delegated authority schemes efficiently and accurately
Building strong, lasting client relationships through clear communication and expert advice
Working with premiums up to £5,000 across a varied and interesting book

Support the team with drainage, landscaping and groundworks tasks across diverse projects
Requirements for the Ground Worker:
Confident, motivated and keen to learn
Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative under guidance
Willingness to travel to different UK sites and stay away from home when required
Organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
Full UK Driving Licence preferred, but not essential
CSCS/CPCS card holders preferred, but not essential
Previous experience in sports turf construction, landscaping, drainage or groundworks is advantageous
