This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contract/s.
About the team
The Locality teams work a variety of complex cases, including working with children with disabilities, who are unable to live at home and take action to secure permanence for them.
The day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out child centred practice with children, regular home visits and developing and reviewing care plans every 6 months.
The team take effective communication with parent's foster carers and special guardians very seriously to ensure positive outcomes for each child involved and to ultimately reduce risk.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience in permanent contract/s is essential in order to be considered for this role.
Experience in carrying out child centred assessments is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
You will need to show a passion and enthusiasm for integrated working and an understanding of how to engage with parents / carers is crucial for this role.

I am looking for an Adults' Social Worker to join a Learning Disability Team.

About the team
The team work in partnership with disabled adults to understand and support them in what they need.
In this team they also promote independence for the adults whilst protecting them.
The team of social workers, work alongside the social managers and clinical leads and complete face to face visits.

About you
