This will involve working with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is effectively executed and completed safely and all contractual obligations are adhered to.
Additional duties will include participating in onsite meetings, scope of work development, proposal review, specification review, completion of project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, project closeout documents, and other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.

Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.
