Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for a high volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims, making use of the firms Case Management Systems and using the agreed internal procedures and practices.
- To progress your caseload in a manner to ensure that clients receive appropriate, professional, timely and pertinent legal advice, with regular contact, whilst managing their expectations.
- To deal with cases with denial of liability and causation arguments with minimal supervision.
- To be able to assess liability and quantum to include reviewing medical reports, researching and obtaining relevant case law, drafting schedules of special damages and assessing suitable awards for compensation.
- To identify early those cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial to litigate and to do so expeditiously.

- To liaise appropriately and timely with sources, medical agencies, experts, third party insurers and other relevant parties to ensure that cases are pro-actively progressed.

Where necessary, and in accordance with the firms internal policies and procedures, to instruct Barristers to represent clients at hearings and obtain formal Advice over issues of quantum and liability.

- Substantial experience of managing your own caseload of Fast Track RTA litigated claims.

Responsible for recruitment of installation resources as needed to sufficiently meet regional installation demands, including orientation and on-boarding. Responsible for quarterly administration and reporting to construction division leadership and sales management on regional manpower utilization.
This includes capacity tracking; installer needs and use of surge installers to meet demand. Conducts required field rides and coaching trips with direct reports and Installers as needed. Adjudication/mediation for installer issues. Conducts weekly regional operations team calls. Coordinates with RCM/GM on annual installer review meetings. Reviews project SOW/Work Orders for installations as needed. Works with Superintendents and TMs for installer scheduling, development and management within region. Support RCM/AM with training needs of Superintendents and TMs. Spends at least three days per week in the field, working with team members including training/on-boarding and management of installation partners. Tracking and support for all global account installations within the region, confirming execution in alignment with Global Accounts Management.
Minimum Requirements
B.S.
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) or Construction Management preferred.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project details.
Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Spend at least three days per week in the field Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Must possess reliable transportation Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and verifying the functionality of PCBs to ensure they meet design specifications and industry standards.
Working full time Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30m with an early finish on Fridays at 12:30pm.
The Electronic Tester role is paying from £12.75 - £13.50 Per Hour.
Key Responsibilities for the Electronic Tester:
- Identify and document faults, failures, and non-conformities
- Using DVM's (Digital Voltmeters) and Power Supplies to test
- Interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and test procedures
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of test results and issues identified
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements For the Electronic Tester:
- Experience in PCB testing or a related electronics Testing
- Experience working with PCBs on Assembly
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documents
- Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators, Digital voltmeters
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Product Assurance Manager to take a leading role across one or more flagship space missions.
This position offers the chance to contribute to both flight hardware and software, as well as ground systems, within a cutting-edge In-Orbit Service, Assembly, and Manufacturing programme.
This role is available at Senior or Principal level depending on experience.
You will be responsible for driving Product and Quality Assurance across complex engineering projects, working closely with project managers, engineering teams, suppliers, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product and Quality Assurance activities within project teams
- Provide PA/QA support across multiple programmes
- Coordinate with customer PA/QA representatives when required
- Support supplier and subcontractor assurance activities, including audits and process assessments
- Review materials, parts, and processes against PA and technical requirements
- Produce assurance documentation and lead implementation of project assurance plans
- Witness manufacturing and testing activities, including work conducted at third-party facilities
- Maintain quality control records and related data
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the organisations Quality Management System
- Support proposal preparation with assurance inputs
- Review work produced by other PA Managers and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor junior team members and delegate tasks as Project PA Lead
- Ensure project work progresses efficiently and in line with programme requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in Product Assurance and/or Quality Assurance, ideally within the space or aerospace sectors
- Ability to lead functional groups and ensure compliance with assurance requirements
- Strong technical understanding of high-reliability systems
- Logical, practical approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organisational and schedule management abilities
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and project changes
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in technical English
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with national space agencies
- QMS Internal Auditor certification or third-party reviewer experience
- Experience in ground segment product assurance
- Experience in software product assurance
