Salary Target Range: $120,000 - $140,000, bonus eligible

Enforce safety and environmental regulations.
Direct and coordinate production, processing, distribution, and marketing activities of industrial organization.
Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect and resolve production or processing problems.
Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and develop employees while addressing performance concerns and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Set and monitor product standards, examine samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including machine replacement.
Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs.
Institute employee suggestion or involvement programs.
Confer with other managers and supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
Initiate, lead, and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and operational performance across the plant and organization.

Targeted Annual Salary: $130,000 - $160,000, bonus eligible

The primary result expected from the Quality Manager will be to formulate quality control policies and control quality of laboratory and production efforts by planning, directing, and coordinating quality assurance programs.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles.
Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors, or laboratory workers engaged in testing activities.
Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
Confer with marketing and sales departments to define client requirements and expectations.

Direct the tracking of defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data.

Proven abilities to successfully drive continuous improvement, manage multiple priorities, and multitask.
Ability to work well with other peer groups.
Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
Salary Target Range: $120,000 - $140,000, bonus eligible
