We are working with a growing Accident Repair Group looking for a highly skilled Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team based in the Leatherhead area.
This company is renowned for repairing vehicles the right way with quality, and genuine care.

If successful you will be working in state-of-the-art environments and provided training opportunities to keep you at the top of your game.
Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
- Use computerised estimating systems
- Calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs
- Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
- Contact customers to provide updates
Minimum requirements as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Must have experience working as Vehicle Damage Assessor in a vehicle accident repair centre.
- Must have experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex)
- ATA is advantageous but not essential
- Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills

Manage production staffing and daily activities to ensure output targets are met

Drive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and maintain high housekeeping standards.

Experience carrying out return to work forms, following up on disciplinary and evaluating production output.
Experience working within an assembly environment.
Experience reading from drawings and using hand and power tools.
Previous experience working in similar roles, such as assembly team leader, lead assembler and assembly supervisors
Working Hours of the Production Supervisor
Monday- Thursday: 07:00-15:45
Friday- 07:00-12:30
In Return, the Production Supervisor will receive:
Basic Salary: £35,000-£38,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience)
Early finish on a Friday
25 days holiday + bank holidays
