JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.
This will involve working with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is effectively executed anc completed safely, and all contractual obligations are adhered to.
Additional duties will include participating in onsite meetings, scope of work development, proposal review, specification review, completion of project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, project closeout documents, and other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.

Review of line-item generated proposal documents.
Direct Project Superintendents as needed.

Conducts Pre-Proposal Meeting and distributes completed Pre-Proposal Meeting documentation to all applicable parties.
Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing proposals.
Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Stage:
Publish the Project Schedule.
Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting.
Engages with the Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information.
Conducts Pre-Construction Meetings and distributes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties.
Obtain Building Permit when required.
Construction Stage:
Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files.
Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager.
Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis.
Perform site audits as appropriate.
Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager.
Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval.
Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection.
Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.
Other Requirements:
Ability to travel out of town may include overnight travel
Must have transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
Ability to read, write, and speak English

The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services as they relate to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.

Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
30-hour OSHA certification

Position Summary
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for performing laboratory testing and inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
This position works closely with Quality, Production, Research & Development, and other departments to identify quality issues, investigate deviations, and support continuous improvement.
The Quality Control Technician must demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgment, accurate documentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving dyes, paints, pigments, and related chemical products.
Essential Responsibilities
Quality Testing & Inspection
Perform routine physical, chemical, and instrumental testing of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.
Perform color evaluations and comparisons using appropriate laboratory methods and instrumentation.
Conduct testing such as viscosity, pH, solids, density, grind, particle size, moisture, strength, tint, color, and other applicable product characteristics.
Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to established procedures.
Production & In-Process Support
Communicate test results to Production and Quality personnel in a timely manner.
Assist Production with troubleshooting quality issues and identifying potential causes of product variation.
Support batch adjustments and rework activities when directed by Quality or Production leadership.
Place material on hold when test results do not meet established specifications and escalate issues appropriately.
Support investigations of nonconforming materials and products.
Documentation & Data Management
Accurately record laboratory test results in the appropriate laboratory, quality, or ERP systems.
Support preparation of quality reports, certificates of analysis, and other quality documentation as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer and product information.
Safety & Environmental Responsibilities
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Properly handle, label, store, and dispose of chemicals and laboratory materials.
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow applicable SDS, chemical handling, spill response, and waste disposal procedures.
Immediately report unsafe conditions, spills, incidents, or exposures to appropriate leadership.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in the laboratory and surrounding work areas.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or chemical-processing environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to follow written procedures and standardized testing methods.
Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter and retrieve data.
Ability to communicate effectively with Production, Quality, and other departments.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple samples or testing requests.
Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Must be willing and able to work overtime as required by customer and business demands.
Work Environment
This position works primarily in a quality control laboratory located within or adjacent to a chemical manufacturing/production environment.
The employee may regularly enter production, warehouse, and other plant areas to collect samples, investigate quality concerns, and communicate with manufacturing personnel.
The employee is expected to maintain a strong safety focus and comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

SUMMARY:
Manages all daily aspects of Quality Assurance, Quality Compliance and Document Management for Mantrose Group products, which includes Functional Systems (PFI and Holton), VerdeCoat, Mantrose-Haeuser Food Coatings and NatureSeal Food Protection products.
This role assures adherence to all QA programs, Kosher, Halal, Organic and GFCO standards, maintains all documentation associated with all certification bodies and oversees daily QA duties of Mantrose Group, working with quality resources at all locations.
This position will also be responsible for managing the SQF audit process and management of documentation required for customers.
KEY DUTIES & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates and performs customer/supplier audits annually, as required.
Manages SQF quality program and all SOP updates/reviews.
Manages SQF audit with operations managerial team assist.
Manages all CAPAs at all manufacturing locations for the Mantrose Group.
Manages all governing agency certifications & audits (Kosher, Organic, Halal, USDA, FDA Biodegradable).
Manage creation or amendments to SOP's & controlled document records for QA dept.
Leads implementation/training of D365 & Product Vision systems.
Travel requirements to other locations as needed.
Works together with all managers within the operations team leading food safety culture/FSMA standards.
Oversees Compliance manager.
Oversees Lab lead and all QA technicians (on boarding, disciplinary action, hiring)
Oversees all process change amendments.
Manages document management team.
Compiles month end reporting for the QA department
Working with R&D on development & optimization of test methods and establishing specifications
Utilize monitoring tools/ programs to track quality performance and identify out of control trends.
Responsible for documenting all reportable events in RPM portal.
Manages/oversees expired materials & dispositions for the department.
Manages/distributes Monthly QA training for SQF.
Oversees product dispositions and quality utilization for "Move the pile".
Oversees all new business opportunities with operations team for FSMA/SQF requirements.
Manages pest control contract service/issues.
REQUIREMENTS /SKILLS:
Four-year degree in Food Science or 5-10 years of experience in QA
Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous work experience in Quality Assurance (preferably with Food Manufacturing Industry background) minimum of 4 years.
Critical decision-making skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills
Experience managing a QA team of various skill levels and backgrounds.
Physical Requirements
Some standing, walking, moving, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift 20lbs.
