Position Summary
The Temporary Operator can work in our Felt Department or in our Roofing Department AT OUR Cleveland Plant.
They start-up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications.
This position can turn into a regular union position if the employee completes the probationary period, successfully.
During the probationary period, this position will be on 1st Shift.
If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on Plant needs.
Duties and Responsibilities

Operations
Provides engineering support to Production to optimize packaging process. Develop packaging automation into reliable and robust production equipment with optimal performance. proactively identify and drive opportunities to improve packaging performance, reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation.
Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) Collect, review and present equipment reliability results and performance data to determine optimal equipment set-up to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness
Capital Plan
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, justification, CAR processing, purchasing, and installation.
Support start-up efforts including in person training and documentation. Manage projects through design review process from project scope charters through successful startup transition to the local site team.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on providing training, writing appropriate standard operating procedures, and maintenance training plans & parts. Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses.
Safety
Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions.
Responsible for safety devices, safe design, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical Engineering is preferred.

Main responsibilities:
Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Contribute to the development of new and revision of existing EHS policies, procedures, programs, and processes and verify their deployment throughout.
Partner with Corp EHS and other Manufacturing leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of EHS/risk reduction strategies, initiatives, and programs in alignment with SH&E performance trends, business goals, and regulatory obligations. Identify, establish, and communicate cascading EHS goals for the Corsicana Plant, incorporating the needs of Plant as well as the greater Tremco organization. Facilitate workshops and other activities to improve employee engagement and the overall safety culture of the plant. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on existing and evolving EHS regulatory matters to the EHS team, Site Leadership team and Plant Manager. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Monitor the execution of EHS, Process Safety, and Security compliance-related engineering and capital projects at the Corsicana Plant to ensure completion in accordance with deadlines as established with local and federal agencies. Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Advocate the consistent use of EHS compliance tools and processes throughout the division to report incidents, document incident investigations, and track closure of associated corrective actions in a timely manner. Ensure root cause investigations are conducted for those incidents with the greatest learning potential, lessons learned documents are generated and shared across the network and throughout the company. Audit effectiveness of root cause investigation action items Lead, or apply subject matter expertise in support of, RPM/Tremco EHS goals and objectives as requested. Monitor changes in EHS, Process Safety, and Security laws and regulations, assess the impact of the changes on the organization, and develop guidance documents to satisfy new/modified EHS, Process Safety, and Security requirements.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in the manufacturing industry. College degree preferred. ERP system experience is preferred. Experience with Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Outlook in particular. Works well in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Detail-oriented and accurate. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Holt Executive are delighted to be partnering with a global technology and communications leader to recruit a Technical Service Delivery Manager for an interim contract in the aerospace industry.

For the Technical Service Delivery Manager hire, the individual will be responsible for technical leadership throughout the customer lifecycle inhouse and externally.
Key responsibilities for the Technical Service Delivery Manager - Aircraft/Airline:
- Provides technical guidance, status, and leadership to the customer and internal teams for all account related activities.
- Define, clarify, and advise on customer requirements, lab requirements, and testing support.
- Identify and review SLA exclusions, facilitates process improvement, and change in coordination with the agreement, customer, and product evolution
- Working with product & program teams and DevOps on new airline / aircraft / feature onboarding and scheduling (e.g., Salesforce)
- Coordinating and supporting needs related to software, portal, configuration items, and content.
Key Experience required for the Technical Service Delivery Manager - Aircraft/Airline:
- Experience in a technical Account Management/ Service Delivery role (B2B Telecom/IT/Aviation)
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or another related degree
- Demonstrated experience managing customer expectations and delivery scope
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and Broadband networking concept
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent ticketing system and reporting tools
- Ability to present complex technical material to a variety of audiences
