THE COMPANY:We're exclusively partnering with an SME hospitality focused business in Central London that has doubled the number events and such, they're now looking for an additional member to join the finance team as an Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant / Finance Assistant.Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you'll join a close-knit finance function where you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
This is a varied position offering responsibility from day one and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation while developing your finance career within a supportive environment.THE ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / FINANCE ASSISTANT ROLE:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be working within a small finance team and be responsible for undertaking most of the transactional finance tasks.
Posting and reconciling purchase invoices, making supplier payments, looking after the administration of the two company credit cards, banking and reconciling cash and credit card takings.
Responsible for bank reconciliations and ensuring the bank matches the system
Responsible for assisting colleagues in sending client invoices & statements, credit control, and allocation of receipts this is a small part of the role.
Preparing payment runs and processing electronic transfers where required
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting requirements
Supporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc finance and administrative duties
Assisting with both month-end and year-end accounts
Undertaking the transactional finance tasks for the charitable foundation under the supervision of the head of finance.
Liaising with various departments including Sales, VIP, HR and Marketing.
THE PERSON:
We're seeking an individual who is a self-starter, with current experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Assistant Accountant role, or similar.
Must have experience of handling both Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, ideally in an SME business.
Confident processing invoices, reconciliations, payments, and general finance administration
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills alongside usual monthly suppliers there will be liaison with musicians and their agents and the internal music team
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal stakeholders
Competent IT skills including MS Excel and Sage line 50
A reliable and trustworthy individual who can handle confidential information appropriately

Represent Mantrose Group at industry tradeshows (NCA, SupplySide, United Fresh, and others), leveraging these events for prospecting and relationship deepening.
Technical Selling & Customer Engagement
Serve as the primary commercial interface for your accounts, conducting product demonstrations, application discussions, and customized technical presentations.
Partner with R&D and product management to match Mantrose capabilities to customer formulation challenges, from confectionery and pharmaceutical coatings to NatureSeal post-harvest treatment programs for fresh-cut produce processors.
Develop NatureSeal opportunities across produce processors and foodservice distributors, educating buyers and technical staff on shelf-life extension, browning inhibition, and food safety benefits.
Translate customer requirements into internal project briefs, ensuring cross-functional teams have the context needed to develop targeted solutions.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Continuously gather competitive intelligence on pricing, product performance, applications, and market trends across your covered segments.

Professional Development

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a closely related technical discipline.
5+ years of technical sales or business development experience in food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or a directly adjacent field.
Demonstrated ability to sell on technical value: capable of diagnosing a customer application problem, proposing a solution, and supporting trials through to commercialization.
Working knowledge of the functional food ingredient space, with familiarity across at least one of the following: confections, pharma coatings, fresh produce, or nutraceuticals.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and procurement audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Preferred
Familiarity with NatureSeal or equivalent fresh-cut produce preservation technologies; existing relationships within produce processing or foodservice distribution are a strong plus.
R&D background with a desire to move into a fully customer-facing commercial role.
Established relationships within confectionery manufacturing, supplement/nutraceutical production, or fresh produce processing.
Spanish and/or Portuguese Fluency

Required
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a closely related technical discipline.

The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.

As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with:
WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.

As our Production Supervisor you will be there to supervise the shift to manufacture paint and related products.

Here's what you can expect every day:
Ensure schedule adherence and quality standards are met.
Provide direction to associates in Production Dept.
Maintain employee records, Kronos/Payroll, corrective action, warnings, etc.
Adhere to company policies, Federal, State Local requirement and ISO Standards.
Ensure all operations are in compliance with all procedures, rules and regulations.
Perform routine inspection on all production activities assuring that quality standards are met.
Document training of all associates on new procedures and equipment.
Keep employees trained and well informed on new processes.
Work with Maintenance Manager and Mechanics on all equipment problems, change-overs and issues concerning safety in all departments.
Oversee shift clean up tasks, communicate safety and processing concerns as well as issues with regulatory compliance.
Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with Managers, Purchasing and Production Scheduler.
Ensure shift to shift hand-off is completed and problems are addressed via email to Production Manager and other shifts.
Accomplish related results as assigned.
Required Experience:
Associate degree required; BS in an Engineering or Business discipline strongly preferred or commensurate experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing.
A proven change agent with demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a diverse group of associates.
Train and Coordinate teams to achieve high levels of productivity, quality and safety performance.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office packages, SAP experience preferred.
Proven abilities to successfully drive continuous improvement, manage multiple priorities and multitask.
Ability to work well with other peer groups.
Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, BRI, 5S Housekeeping and Lean Manufacturing.
Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations.
