The Team Manager will be overseeing two services under the Registered Manager, leading a team of trained Support Workers, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance and ensuring all young people are correctly safeguarded and given the best possible opportunities.
The Team Manager is a permanent full time post paying £30,000 salary per annum plus on call allowance payment and additional pay if required to go into the service whilst on call.
The successful candidate must have
Prior experience working in a children's home or semi-independent service
Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Driver and Vehicle (due to travelling between services)
Strong experience of working with young people, challenging behaviour and Ofsted regulations
This role is predominantly a Monday to Friday role but due to the needs of the young people could require weekend working where needed and an on call expectation so the successful candidate must be flexible
