Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work).

Essential Experience as a Production Manager

Hold at least HNC level qualification in QS/related subject
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.
Reasonable understanding of mechanical services industry and associated materials
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Projects, etc.) and related systems
Awareness and experience of construction methods, technology, standard forms of measurement and forms of building contract
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, drawings, government regulations
Work independently, establish priorities and make decisions
