Pre-weigh Personnel (Job Description)
Scope:
Pre-Weight personnel are responsible for having product formulas properly weighed for production mixing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards • Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas. • Communicating with Supervisors or Peers • Package products for storage or shipment. • Select and measure or weigh ingredients, using English or metric measures and balance scales. • Follow formulas to produce food products to meet customers specified. • Operate or tend machines to mix or blend any of a wide variety of food products. • Read work orders to determine production specifications and information • Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment. • Record operational and production data on specified forms • Maintain a clean work area • Frequently Walk; Reach with hands and arms; the employee is regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Talk, hear. • Perform all work in accordance with GMP's, housekeeping, good safety practices, and environmental regulations. • Adheres to all safety and quality procedures/regulations
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
• Must possess good reading, writing and math skills. • Must always be safety conscious • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. • Capable of working independently • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately
Education and Experience:
• Education: High school diploma.

Ability to repair or replace mechanical equipment: Motors, Pulleys, Belts, Valves, Bearings, Gearboxes, Piping, etc.
Experience navigating / entering information and notes in computer maintenance management system.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, carry repetitively.
Lift 50 lbs to waist high.

The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure across the industrial facility.
This role supports safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations by ensuring equipment uptime, executing preventive and predictive maintenance, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical issues on industrial equipment including motors, drives, controllers, sensors, HMIs, and power distribution systems.
Perform troubleshooting using multimeters, thermal imagers, and other diagnostic tools.
Repair and replace electrical components such as breakers, contactors, relays, transformers, wiring, conduits, and control devices.
Support 24/7 plant operations through timely response to equipment failures and downtime events.
Execute PM routes on electrical systems and equipment per maintenance schedules.
Including instrument calibrations in accordance with ISO1901 standards.
Perform predictive tasks such as infrared inspections, and motor testing.
Document all work in the CMMS including labor hours, parts used, failure causes, and corrective actions.
Install and troubleshoot signal components such as limit switches, temperature probes, and other mechanical to electrical devices.
Maintain and troubleshoot motor drives (VFDs, starters).
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and completion of state certified training with completion certificates and a minimum 5 years of trade electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, schematics.
Proficiency with VFDs, motors, control circuits, and plant power distribution.
Demonstrated experience with CMMS systems.
Able to read and interpret procedures to execute work tasks.
Understanding of basic OSHA safety standards for general industry.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Must be a team player and model the Values and Expectations of the organization and it's parent company.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work around industrial machinery, noise, heat, and chemicals.

Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools available including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management related coordination and collaboration.

Essential Functions:
Works with CSR / AR Manager and Warehouse technician to ensure proper handling of in bound and out bound freight.
Manages storage of raw materials and finished goods, along with container counts.
Primary responsibility as CDL Driver to help meet the equipment needs of customers and plant operations by delivering and picking up materials and equipment in a timely, safe and courteous manner.
Permitted to operate heavy equipment such as semi-trucks and trailers,
Must be certified forklift operator and follow all regulations and company policies in order to safely load and unload materials to/from trailers and tankers so they may be transported safely and comply with all regulations.
Maintaining hazardous waste storage area and hazardous waste inventory in a manner consistent with all federal, state, local and company regulations and policies.
Have DOT certification.
Responsible for ensuring all trucks, trailers, and drivers have the proper licenses and certifications to haul any and all materials they deliver or pick up from Arnette Polymers, including hazardous waste.
Ensure all containers are clean, labeled properly, and stored in appropriate containers, as to maintain compliance with all regulations and policies.
Provides on-call and overtime support as needed in the evenings and other required times as designated by management.
Compliance and follow through from training courses regarding RCRA, EPA, OSHA, and other company guidelines and trainings for assigned job duties.
Acts in a stewardship capacity for the Company, works as a functional member of the team, has the ability to self-direct and self-regulate workday.
Participates in all environmental and safety training as required by Federal, State, County, and Local regulations as well as company policies.
Suggests improvements for safety and compliance.
Promptly reports any safety incidents and participates in incident investigations as requested.
Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop staff.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum education and practical work experience: high school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years' experience in the field or in a related area, or a suitable combination of education and relevant experience.
Specialized technical/aptitude experience: Ability to listen and interpret logistic needs.
Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the chemical manufacturing industry.
Must hold a valid Missouri Commercial Class - A Driver's License with HazMat Endorsement and maintain a driving record in Good Standing.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and execute job related tasks and project responsibilities independently, exercising judgment in the areas of storage of materials, incoming raw materials and outbound freight.

The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.
