Tasks PROFILE:
Typical
Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities of industrial organizations.
Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.
Assist in the hiring, training, evaluating, or discharging of staff or resolving personnel grievances.
Prepare and maintain production reports or personnel records.
Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
Initiate or coordinate inventory or cost control programs.
Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.Responsibilities/Expectations:
Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person.
Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality.
Learn all manual tasks performed within the department.
Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital making sure plans and actions support strategic initiatives.
Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving, efficacy gains and cost reduction depending on need.
Manage spending, such as overtime and headcount against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employee's positive involvement with opportunity for constructive input and actions.
Prepare work schedules, assign work, oversee and assist employees in meeting production schedules
Coordinate with Demand Planner to maintain Small Batch schedule.
Review Demand Planner's schedule and print batch tickets, Stage Gate notes as needed.
Check off batch tickets.
Assist / Cover for QC Color Supervisor when needed to ensure product flow through the plant.
Monitor production work flow in process in production, routinely walking the floor and observing progress and detecting bottle necks.
Maintain discipline, morale and personnel relations and address primary complaints
Oversee orientation and training of new employees
Work with front line leadership team to recommend and implement terminations, transfers, promotions and wage adjustments
Work with other departments to complete production schedule requirements
Check material shortages, machine or equipment defects and causes for production delays
Maintain equipment and work areas and eliminate safety hazards
Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
Maintain clean and safe work environment using correct tools properly
Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with the latest production and production management concepts.
Actively promotes and drives a culture that creates a safe working environment for all employees.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager-HVAC manages all projects (including GC and Self-Perform HVAC AHU Restorations, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget and selecting and managing all subcontractors.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Performs tasks and maintains logs required in preparation of hazardous waste for disposal.
Under the supervision of the Quality Control Manager, the hazardous waste attendant is responsible for collecting, separating, containing, sealing, weighing, marking, labeling, and preparing waste for transport in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Empty obsolete lab retains into appropriate collection containers for proper disposal.
Empty obsolete finish goods into appropriate collection containers for proper disposal. Empty collected drums of waste into Kiln Direct box. Must keep accurate logs. Empties, organizes, and keeps clean containers according to applicable regulations. Ensures waste compliance under supervision. Monitors waste collection and capacity; alerts manager to ensure that units are emptied before reaching full capacity. Operates and monitors the distillation units. Inspects and accurately inventories waste staging areas. Must maintain a valid forklift operator's certification. Assist in the on-site transfer of waste to staging areas as necessary. Assists vendors and transporters with waste collection and provides manifests. Maintains waste area in a clean and orderly condition. Always ensures safe working conditions; utilizes safety equipment and/or protective equipment as directed (i.e.
safety gloves and eye protection) and follows defined safety procedures. Maintain Spill Kit and absorbent pad inventories; notifies manager for deficiencies. Assists in the collection of samples that are required. Reports any problems or deviations to the manager immediately. Receive environment and safety training as required. The QA Technical Service Representative is responsible for the timely delivery of services as they relate to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.

JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital making sure plans and actions support strategic initiatives.
Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving, efficacy gains and cost reduction depending on need.
Manage spending, such as overtime and headcount against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employee's positive involvement with opportunity for constructive input and actions.
Prepare work schedules, assign work, oversee and assist employees in meeting production schedules
Coordinate with Demand Planner to maintain Small Batch schedule.
Review Demand Planner's schedule and print batch tickets, Stage Gate notes as needed.
Check off batch tickets.
Assist / Cover for QC Color Supervisor when needed to ensure product flow through the plant.
Monitor production work flow in process in production, routinely walking the floor and observing progress and detecting bottle necks.
Maintain discipline, morale and personnel relations and address primary complaints
Oversee orientation and training of new employees
Work with front line leadership team to recommend and implement terminations, transfers, promotions and wage adjustments
Work with other departments to complete production schedule requirements
Check material shortages, machine or equipment defects and causes for production delays
Maintain equipment and work areas and eliminate safety hazards
Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
Maintain clean and safe work environment using correct tools properly
Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with the latest production and production management concepts.
Actively promotes and drives a culture that creates a safe working environment for all employees.
