Job Summary
R2R Program Trainer
Responsible for conducting classroom and on-the-job training to groups of facility and custodial personnel covering basics for remediation of Category 1 Water (clean water) intrusion.
Responsible for delivering hands-on technical training and support implementation of the Ready 2 Respond (R2R) Program.
This includes coordinating, delivering, and improving seminars, schools, and workshops both in person and virtually.
The trainer helps customers understand and apply drying best practices, use R2R equipment and tools effectively, and maintain a safe and efficient response capability.
Senior R2R Program Trainer
Responsible for conducting classroom and on-the-job training to groups of facility and custodial personnel covering basics for remediation of Category 1 Water (clean water) intrusion.
Advanced-level training professional who independently delivers and supports high-level R2R training, mentorship, and curriculum development.
Performs more complex technical tasks, supports continuous improvement of the training process, and provides leadership and guidance to training team members and cross-functional partners.

Essential Duties
R2R Program Trainer
Present in-person and virtual training events for end users, stakeholders, and partners.
Organize logistics and preparation for training facilities and materials, such as presentation deck, course materials, and certificates.
Travel as needed for offsite or regional training delivery.
Collaborate in the development and revision of training materials and presentations.
Provide ongoing technical support to customers post-training, as needed.
Administer training and distribute certificates according to R2R program requirements.
Record and share technical knowledge gathered through trainings, seminars, and field experience.
Provide occasional support to the Sales Department through product demonstrations or events.
Mentor external or newer trainers as directed.
Complete all required documentation and post-event follow-up.
Senior R2R Program Trainer
Includes all duties of the R2R Program Trainer, plus:
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in drying systems, equipment uses, and emergency response implementation.
Lead complex or high-profile training events, often independently or with minimal oversight.
Mentor, coach, and evaluate junior or external trainers to maintain quality and consistency.
Lead curriculum revisions or new program development efforts.
Set the standard for professional conduct, technical skill, and training excellence across the program.
Support cross-departmental initiatives involving training, quality assurance, or performance audits.
Provide in-depth technical support and consultation for challenging customer scenarios.
Represent the training function at industry events and leadership meetings as needed.

Education and Experience

Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance is currently searching for a Field Support Specialist.
The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.
Developing Business
Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials
Inspection and evaluation of the property
Preparing roof drawings and sketches
Preparing scope of work documents
Preparing proposals
Attending sales calls
Pricing patch and repair jobs
Providing technical expertise
Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems
Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs.
Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products
Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications
Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions
Coordinating visits with contractors
Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative.
QA/ QA+ inspections
Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only).
Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work
This work may include but is not limited to:
Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs
Taking photographs
Preparing CADD drawings
Delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role.
Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required.
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards.
Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information, e.g.
professional journals and periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to draft reports, business correspondence and similar documents.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, contractors, and architects.
Ability to communicate business and technical information (e.g.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $90,000.

Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels.
Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures.
Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases.
Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy.
Other projects and tasks assigned.
Crosstrain on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program.
One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable.
Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in 480-volt 3 phase electricity required (Preferred in some locations)
Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred
Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems
Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit
Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond urgently to down equipment
Effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner
Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
