The Role
We are looking for a Retail Minibus Team Driver to add to our already successful team.
This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 21 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License.
You must have a ‘can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

As a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic procurement team, ensuring that our suppliers and supply chains are delivering in line with business needs.
You will actively contribute to new product development(NPD) projects and high-volume serial production, overseeing a wide selection of categories for both direct and indirect goods and services.
In this job you will leverage your stakeholder management expertise to manage supplier relationships, support the execution of category management plans, and ensure supply delivery plans are met.
You will be responsible for supporting key activities such as RFQ/P preparation, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract implementation.
Your involvement will span strategic and operational tasks, managing supplier performance and helping to drive continuous improvement within the supply chain.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a well-established legal firm providing expert advice across residential and commercial property, private client, and family law matters.
As a Legal Secretary, you will be supporting busy legal teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative and secretarial operations within the residential and commercial property departments.
This is a full-time only role offering a salary range of £26,000 - £29,500 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Preparing a variety of legal correspondence and documentation through audio typing and word processing
* Managing client files, including opening, closing, organising and retrieving in line with internal procedures
* Handling mail and enclosures for dispatch efficiently and accurately
* Arranging copying, scanning and general document production tasks
* Coordinating appointments, maintaining diaries, and scheduling meetings on behalf of fee earners
* Managing incoming telephone calls and greeting clients professionally, both in person and over the phone
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Property Secretary, Property Legal Secretary, Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, legal clerk or in a similar role.
* Have experience working in property department.
* Fast and accurate audio typing skills at least 70 wpm
* Strong command of Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Familiarity with formatting and preparing legal documentation
