JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

The Technical Product Resolutions Specialist provides coordination and administrative assistance pertaining to the Product Complaint & Resolution Process or Warranty Service Requests (Warranty Portal) and works with internal and external customers to quickly and accurately resolve product quality and product application complaints in accordance with ISO standards and/or established guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initialize complaints, assign tasks to cross functional team, (Technical Service, Sales, Research and Development, Distribution, Manufacturing, Product Management, etc.) and follow up to ensure complaints are resolved in accordance to established processes and ISO standards.
Develop and maintain an understanding of SAP and product complaint transactions and/or Warranty Service Requests (Warranty Portal). Coordinate analytical testing with Sales, Technical Application Specialists and Laboratory Analysts as it relates to the Product Complaint and Resolutions Process. Assist with training on the Product Complaint & Resolution Process and/or Warranty Service Requests (Warranty Portal) for both internal and external customers. Meet regularly with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality and Technical Teams) to review Product Complaint trends and current open complaints for all Tremco CPG product lines. Update Product Complaint Manual in accordance with our ISO standards and/or established guidelines. Place product orders, track and provide follow-up for the Technical Service Department (certification testing, field trials and project testing, etc.). Answer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and/or text from internal and external customers regarding all Tremco CPG product complaints along with inquiries from Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Tremco Sales Reps, Distributors and Homeowners regarding all Tremco CPG products. Act as back up support for the Technical Resource Center. Assist team on special projects and assignments as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Bachelor's degree in business, Science, Construction Management or a similar field preferred; in lieu of degree, 5 years of direct customer complaint and claims experience is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
With high school diploma, 5 years of direct customer complaint and claims experience.
With a Bachelors degree, 1-2 years of direct customer complaint and claims experience required. Basic/working knowledge of Tremco CPG products. Customer service experience preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to travel to Tremco job sites to further enhance product knowledge, support the sales force, and gain new experience with Tremco products.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Process Engineer II is an extension of management.
Responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture.
The Engineer is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the floor, lead major process equipment projects, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Use DAKOTA software as a tool for compliance and environmental, health and safety.
Use the tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
Develop and execute upon "standard work" activities.
Assume responsibility for assigned activities on the Engineering Tier and other accountability boards.
Conduct "GEMBA Walks" daily.
Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities.
Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to Improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Member of the facility QIC.
Ensure identification of root cause and subsequent prevention of future customer complaints.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.
Significant experience with equipment troubleshooting and process design.
Must be capable of successfully managing major process equipment projects (>$750k) on time and on budget.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM or 10AM - 6PM.

Potenetial extension due to performance.Please note: this role involves supporting clients in the community.In this position, you will be expected to;- Hold a caseload of 10 key clients who are rough sleeping and experiencing multiple disadvantages; providing end-to-end holistic, coordinated support for each individual, from first contact in a street setting through to helping them to achieve a more settled and fulfilled lifestyle- Agree goals with each case which are achievable, time measured and support the individual in rebuilding their life away from the street- Conduct comprehensive assessment of need and risk for each case, using effective tools and recording methods and sharing information with partner agencies where appropriate- Work alongside existing Camden and Islington Services and utilise their specialist knowledge, experience, training and contacts to build and develop collaborative networks within the rough sleeping sector- Work with Chain verified rough sleepers, or those at risk of rough sleeping who have a high level of street activity in Camden or Islington.
Referrals will be taken from Camden Routes Off the Street team and from the referral's coordinator within Islington Council- Work with and share information with forums in Camden and Islington, which support rough sleepers and work collaboratively with delivery structures in both boroughs.- Work flexibly to the needs and patterns of the cohort.
This will entail some street-based work alongside outreach teams and may contain some occasional weekend work with the agreement of the manager- Work with specialist teams commissioned by LBC, LBI from the Rough Sleeping Initiative to support rough sleepers in the borough.
