Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging new customer prospects, including contractors, design professionals, business owners, and distributors.

DAP is looking to hire R&D Intern for Summer 2025.
Responsibilities:
The summer intern would work under mentorship of a senior scientist / Supervisor to perform collaborative research for development adhesives or repair products with unique and differentiated properties.
The intern will work on Water-based exterior high-performance sealant development and/or new packaging options for kitchen & bath as well as related performance evaluations. Will involve making batches in mixing equipment and testing properties such as texture, density, viscosity and pH. Test specimen substrates also will be constructed according to ASTM specifications for performance testing of compounded sealants. Summarize results collected during the summer and present data/ analysis to R&D group. Actual project(s) at time of hire tbd.
Requirements
Major: Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Sophomore, Junior, or Senior. General lab skills (weighing materials on benchtop scale, transferring liquids/solids from one container to another, adherence to lab safety rules). Formulating, mixing, ability to research test methods and raw materials.

The EH&S Specialist job functions include but not limited to implementation and maintenance of environment, health, and safety programs at DAP's Dallas Facility (75%) and DAP's Garland DC (25%).

Identify and Communicate Compliance Obligations
Monitor regulatory developments in environment/health/safety area for new/revised compliance obligations, areas of potential risk/liability, and advise plant leadership regarding these issues. Conduct and Manage Incident Analysis Program Lead, assist and maintain incident reporting procedures to DAP Corporate and RPM.
Evaluate trends in incidents.
Recommend corrective actions to minimize/eliminate undesirable trends.
Incorporate accident prevention programs into safety directive.
Maintain Environmental reporting requirements Keep accurate records on plant emission calculations to maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting submission requirements.
Assure plants stay in compliance with required external and internal reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of TRI, Tier II, SPCC and SWPPP is requested.
Requirements:

Requirements:

Job Title - Material Technician (Warehouse)
Job Purpose
The Material Technician is responsible for processing inbound returns from the field of warehouse materials, including cutting back products, paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operation to move materials.
You will also be responsible for processing outbound / inbound warehouse materials, including paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operations to move materials, the loading and unloading of trucks and general warehouse duties.
Principal Accountabilities
Identifies, pulls, counts, stages and ships orders. Process pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents. Loads and unloads trucks. Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts material as it is received by the Company, and distributes material quickly and efficiently. Process returns from sales field installations. Cut back materials for re-work or waste stream. Move materials via forklift to designated warehouse areas. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas. Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate person/departments after the receiving process is complete. Immediately cleans and reports any spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor. Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Our Facades Engineer will provide engineering support for R&D initiatives, including cross-functional teamwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute various project activities supporting Process Engineering Support R&D projects that deliver business results through data-driven decision making Work within the R&D team to support new product and process development projects Maintain proper documentation of technical and experimental activities Execute experiments to evaluate and optimize the performance attributes of various technologies Execute pilot equipment trials while capturing and recording data Support the process development and validation, specification implementation, and work instruction creation of new product designs and processes Assist with the exploration and research of new technologies in relevant processes for future applications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No formal experience requirement.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3D and 2D CAD Finite Element Analysis (FEA)- Preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, lift up to 50 lbs., and wear required personal protective equipment as required.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $64,499 and $80,625.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
