The Opportunity:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation within the education space.
This is a relationship-led commercial role where you'll be responsible for developing key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and building relationships with new customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone from an Account Manager, National Account Manager, Regional Sales, Field Sales, Area Sales, Business Development Manager or similar role.
We're looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, excellent relationship-building skills and the drive to identify and convert opportunities.
Previous experience within the education sector isn't essential.
What's more important is your ability to think commercially, understand customer needs and build relationships that deliver long-term growth.
The Role:
Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing customers
Creating new business opportunities and developing prospective accounts
Managing the full sales process from initial conversations through to renewal and growth
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline
Keeping CRM activity, opportunities and forecasts up to date

Travelling across the UK to meet with customers and develop key relationships
The Person:
A strong background in account management, business development or B2B sales
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, understand customer needs and drive revenue growth
A proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers
Experience growing existing accounts alongside developing new business
Previous experience managing a national customer base and travelling across the UK would be a strong advantage
A consultative and relationship-focused approach with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
Someone intelligent, commercially curious and quick to understand new products, markets and customer challenges
A proactive, driven and resilient individual who takes ownership and uses their initiative

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
