* ACCA / CIMA / ACA (or part-qualified with strong practical experience)
* Solid experience with Xero accounting software
* Skilled user of Microsoft Excel
* Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is desirable
* Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and develop finance team members
