Location: UK Remote - Based Midlands or above (regular UK travel)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager - Electronic Components (Passive & RF) to join a well-established UK specialist distributor and manufacturer supplying high-reliability electronic components into demanding markets.
This full-time, permanent role offers UK remote working (Midlands or further north) with regular travel to customer sites across the UK.
This role is ideally suited to a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in B2B technical sales, particularly within passive components, RF, power, interconnect or electromechanical technologies, who enjoys developing new customer relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager - Electronic Components (UK Remote - Midlands or above):
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities with OEMs, CEMs and Tier 1 contractors across the UK
Sell and promote passive components, RF components and related high-reliability electronic technologies
Research and target new markets, applications and customers aligned to distribution and manufacturing capabilities
Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking and industry events
Arrange and attend customer meetings, product presentations and technical discussions
Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
Work closely with internal sales, product management and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions
Provide regular sales activity updates, KPIs and performance reports to senior management
Requirements of the Business Development Manager - Electronic Components (UK Remote - Midlands or above):
Proven experience in B2B business development or technical sales within the electronic components sector
Demonstrable experience selling passive components, RF components, power or electromechanical products
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory effectively
Strong commercial awareness with experience negotiating and closing complex sales opportunities
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
Experience selling into defence, aerospace, rail, industrial or other high-reliability markets is advantageous
Technical background in electronics, electrical engineering or a related discipline is beneficial

GENERAL SUMMARY Drive tractor-trailer unit to make deliveries and pick-ups of finished products, empty drums, etc.
Perform truck safety inspection prior to each trip checking motor, brakes, lights, and tires for proper operation conditions.
Check and assist in loading and/or unloading trailers.
Obtain proper authorizations for all deliveries and pick-ups.
Maintain accurate DOT driver log of required information.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

At RAS Supply Chain Integrity, we protect stock accuracy for major Retailers across their supply chains.
From inbound deliveries to outbound dispatch or store back-door, we make sure stock counts are correct, errors are caught early, and retailers can trust what reaches their shelves.
We are looking for a Warehouse Stock Auditors to join our site-based team and carry out daily physical stock checks.
The Role
This is a hands-on auditing position based at our customer's distribution centre.
Your job is to physically check stock for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and document results clearly.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that pallets, cages, and loads match paperwork and delivery requirements before leaving the depot.
If you're naturally precise, enjoy structured work, and take pride in getting it right first time, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies
Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately
Escalating stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally
Working to daily targets and quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues
Following site safety procedures and working efficiently in a mixed environment
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a manager.
You need to be accurate, consistent, and reliable.
You'll need
Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations
Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Must be aged 18+
OWN TRANSPORT REQUIRED
Hours and Shift Pattern
37.5 hours per week (plus daily 30-minute unpaid break)
5 days out of 7
8-hour shifts between:
22:00-06:00

Supervise and lead on-site crews performing AHU restoration, HVAC system cleaning, duct rehabilitation, coil cleaning, system sanitization, and related mechanical services.
Execute projects in accordance with contractual scope, applicable industry standards (NADCA, IICRC, SMACNA when applicable), and internal QA/QC requirements
