Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Contact Supervision Worker to join a dedicated safeguarding team.
This is an rewarding opportunity to support children and families during supervised contact sessions in a stable, safe, and supportive environment.
As a Contact Supervision Worker, you will play a vital role in facilitating safe and positive contact between children and their families.
You will ensure that sessions are conducted in line with safeguarding procedures and provide clear, accurate observations to inform care planning.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise contact sessions between children and family members in a safe and supportive setting
Ensure the emotional and physical wellbeing of children during all visits
Maintain professional boundaries and manage sensitive situations calmly and effectively
Record accurate, objective observations and prepare detailed written reports
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
Liaise with social workers and other professionals as required
Support a positive and respectful environment for children and families

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions
Processes HR documents including all new-hire and termination paperwork, training documents, benefits, and employee changes.
Process, track and maintain all new-hire and on-boarding requirements, including physical, background checks, I-9 employment eligibility and paperwork.
Conduct new Employee Orientation. Maintain all government and internal required logs and reports; i.e., EEO, AAP, New Hire and Termination logs. Help organize training and development initiatives. Minimum Requirements

Preferred Requirements

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.). Apply waterproofing sealants and coatings to roofs, flashings, and other surfaces. Apply painting of roofing components, trim, or other structural elements as required. Identify and repair leaks or damaged areas on commercial roofs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
