Core-Asset Consulting is supporting a leading financial services organisation with the appointment of a Senior Change Lead to support a large-scale AI transformation programme on an initial 12 month contract.
The successful candidate will lead change activity for a key AI-enabled process transformation initiative, supporting the transition from current-state to future-state operations.
The role will focus on communications, operational readiness, adoption, and go-live support, ensuring successful implementation and long-term business impact.
Essential Skills/Experience:
