This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the Team
This team is a frontline service for adults acting as an initial part of contact for public inquiries.
Social workers will help support vulnerable adults by providing information, advice, and assessments and help guide them to the appropriate services for their needs.
The team assess individuals needs to determine what support exactly they require.
Some of the work will include urgent responses where social workers will receive referrals that require immediate intervention in order to protect an adults.
About you
A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.
A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
