As Project Manager - Design, you will oversee a talented team of 16 professionals, including Project Engineers, Electrical Designers, and Estimators.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality designs while fostering a supportive and high-performance team culture with an exciting opportunity for future career progression within 12 months. Key Responsibilities
Oversee design team resource allocation, scheduling and project flow
Drive on-time delivery of agreed design scope to required quality standards
Maintain uptake and daily use of design systems and processes, suggesting and implementing improvements and refinements as necessary
Ensure customers are kept informed and updated on project status and roadblocks
Liaise with customers to refine and clarify project requirements as required
Liaise with sales team on design considerations during quotation and project handover process
Liaise with project delivery team to ensure overall project schedules are being met and any risks to delivery performance are communicated to the customer and mitigated
Liaise with production team to ensure design deliverables are translated efficiently into manufacturing
Drive clarification and resolution of any design uncertainty or RFI's
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs to mitigate risk and maintain customer satisfaction
Ensure design documentation is correctly labelled and filed in accordance with best practice.
Assist the Operations Manager and Team Leaders with people management of the design team, including setting expectations, monitoring and managing performance, and maintaining a healthy team culture
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new design staff
About You
At least four years proven working experience in project management
Excellent written and verbal client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organisational and negotiation skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Solution-focused and calm under pressure
Good practical and people skills
System and process focused
Experience in leadership highly regarded

The Children's Home Registered Manager will be responsible for the operational management and leadership of a residential home, setting the values, principles and ethos of the home.
Pay rate - £26 PAYE / £34 Umbrella
Main Responsibilities
As a Children's Home Registered Manager you will be responsible for:
Personal maintenance of professional qualifications and evidence of ongoing management training and development
Knowledge and understanding of the CQC regulations, OFSTED (Scotland-Care Inspectorate) requirements
Satisfactory fit person interview with Ofsted (or Scotland-Care Inspectorate)
Flexible approach to working hours and to cover on call arrangements if necessary and participate in the on-call manager rota
Use Microsoft office packages and management information systems
Creating an inclusive service, in terms of meeting the needs of the children and establishing a workforce that further enables an inclusive environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in the last 5 years in a relevant setting to the residential care of children (children and/or disabilities, preferably both)
Full UK Driving Licence
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (and Scotland SVQ Level 4 Management & Leadership); or for England, or an equivalent Level 5 Diploma as defined by the DFE Guide to Children's Homes Regulations,
Minimum of 2 years experience in a management position including management and supervision of staff

Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker in Medway.
The Residential Support Worker will Provide care and support, structure and routines for children and young people that respects their individual needs.
Main Responsibilities
As a Residential Support Worker you will be responsible for:
To be a positive role model and develop mutually trusting relationships with children and young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Work as a member of a team providing nurturing, stimulating and safe environment which promotes the emotional and physical well being of children and young people within appropriate boundaries.
Safeguard, promote the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people in accordance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Maintain children's records by ensuring all information / recording relating to children is up to date and that essential record keeping is completed during and by the end of each shift to enable a comprehensive handover can be provided to members of the team.
Working Style
FIXED - The post holder will be permanently based at Eden House, although you may be expected to work at any location across Medway.
You will be expected to work a shift rota, including weekends, evenings, bank holidays, occasional waking nights and sleep in duties.
Salary
The salary for this role is highlighted below.
There are specific spinal points within the grade which the candidates will be aligned to if appointed.
To achieve the higher spinal points, candidates will need to be able to evidence they meet the criteria within the job profile.
3A - £24,525

Requirements
Level A
Educated to GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade 4 or equivalent and/or relevant life skills experience.
Willingness to work towards an NVQ / Level 3 Diploma (QCF) in Children and Young People's Workforce (or a relevant equivalent) to be completed within 2 years.
A willingness to work towards all mandatory training.
A willingness to undertake Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy (PACE) training.
A willingness to undertake Team Teach training.
Level B (in addition to A)
An NVQ / Level 3 Diploma (QCF) in Children and Young People's Workforce (or a relevant equivalent).
Completion of all mandatory training include PACE and Team Teach.
Level C (in addition A and B)
Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development.
