The role
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering regional sales and profitability targets across the independent aftermarket
Managing key accounts including distributors, workshops and fleet customers through regular visits and annual negotiations
Leading sales target discussions and supporting commercial proposals
Acting as the local point of contact for diagnostics, system applications, troubleshooting and product expertise
Building strong, long‑term customer relationships at all levels
Ensuring consistently high customer satisfaction through proactive, professional service
Working closely with Expert Network partners to escalate and resolve technical issues
Gathering and sharing market intelligence including pricing, product trends and competitor activity
Maintaining CRM accuracy and producing customer reports

Conduct procedural and management system focused audits and reviews.
Review project site Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, method statements and risk assessments, including associated plans in line with planned work activities.
Generate and conduct toolbox talks, generate and brief safety alerts and assist in customer/ principal contractor briefings when called upon.
Provide coaching and instruction to health and safety advisors, Project employees and contractors with regards to safety.
Ensure all incidents, observations and suggestions are correctly reported, where necessary investigated, and support provided to the project teams to close out and address issues raised.
Asist in the generation, review and maintenance of project specific Health, Safety and Environmental Management Plans (HASEMP).
Attend and provide health, safety and wellbeing input at Principal Contractor/ Customer Project safety meetings.
Attend and provide health and safety input at Business Sector/ Project Meetings.
Communicate to the Head of Operational Health and Safety on matters of health, safety and environment including updates on Asite (Reporting System).
Maintain project specific Health, Safety and Environmental performance indicators including customer indicators.
Environment

A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience working with adults is essential for this role.
Having the ability to work as part of a multi-agency team as well as having a solid understanding of the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity act 2005, the Mental Health Act 2007 and the Human Rights Act 1998 are key to the success of this role.
Driving is desirable but not essential.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced tax professional to support a wide range of strategic initiatives across an international business.
The role will involve partnering with key stakeholders to provide commercially focused tax advice on transactions, restructurings, and broader group activity, ensuring risks and opportunities are clearly understood and well managed.
Essential Skills/Experience:
ACA and/or CTA qualified, or equivalent (including qualification by experience)

Prepare and review technical papers, board materials, and transaction documentation, maintaining strong governance and audit trails
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Corporate Development, Treasury, Legal, Finance, HR, and Reporting
Manage external advisors to ensure delivery of high-quality, pragmatic advice
Monitor international tax developments and assess potential impact on the business
Act as a key contact for employment tax matters, working with internal teams and external advisors
