Title: Demand Planning Manager

Position Summary:
Responsible for leading the demand planning function to ensure accurate and efficient forecasting of customer demand, supporting the company's inventory, production, and sales objectives.
This role requires a combination of analytical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to drive optimal supply chain performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts at various levels of aggregation over different time horizons. Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer inputs to improve forecast accuracy. Manage and refine statistical models and forecasting tools. Lead the demand planning process within the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) framework. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to gather insights and align on forecast assumptions. Drive consensus meetings to reconcile variances between forecast and actual demand. Monitor forecast performance and key metrics, such as forecast accuracy and bias. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to address demand variability and trends. Develop and distribute demand planning reports to stakeholders. Continuously refine demand planning processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and new tools to enhance forecasting capabilities. Train and mentor team members on demand planning methodologies and tools. Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and inventory or production plans. Communicate risks and opportunities effectively to senior management. Manage demand planning systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integration with ERP and other supply chain systems. Lead implementation of demand planning software upgrades or new tools. Perform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related areas. 2+ years in a leadership role.
Previous experience with demand planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
Advanced skills in Excel, data visualization tools, and statistical forecasting methods. Preferred Skills, APICS Certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
May require computer usage for anextended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
This position requires minimal physical activity.
May require lifting up to 50 lbs on occasion.

The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).

No prior work experience or training required. Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment requiring speed and dexterity is preferred.

Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.
Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Comply with company safety rules and procedures.
Complete daily and shift clean up tasks. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers.
Ensure shift to shift hand-off is complete. Support and complete small capital projects. Required Experience:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
