THE OPPORTUNITY: Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing software business who are looking to hire a highly motivated, outbound-focused sales specialist.This role is open to candidates who are fluent in English and either French or German.You'll be responsible for engaging prospective customers, initiating first conversations, and booking qualified demos for the sales team.
This is a pure outbound role — you won't need to source your own leads.
Instead, you'll focus on cold calling, structured outreach, and relationship building to generate interest and pipeline.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Telesales, SDR, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or similar role who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants clear progression within SaaS sales.THE ROLE:
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Confidently introduce the company and its software solutions to new prospects
Handle objections effectively and create interest quickly during calls
Follow up professionally across multiple touchpoints to nurture engagement
Qualify leads against agreed criteria and book demos for the sales team
Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospective B2B customers
Maintain accurate records of activity and outcomes within the CRM
Attend networking events to generate opportunities and increase brand awareness
THE PERSON:
Fluent in English and either French OR German (spoken and written)
Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, SDR, SaaS or software sales
Confident and resilient with cold calling and first-contact conversations
Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-led environment
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is desirable
B2B sales experience preferred

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently seeking motivated, professional and flexible individuals to complete stock counts for well-known retailers, on a casual contract-basis across the UK.
The Role
We are looking for Retail stock counter driver to add to our already successful team as part of a car share team.
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required.
As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a full Driving License or be able to make your own way to and from sites using public transport.
You must have a ‘can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Under moderate direction from Lead Technicians and Maintenance Management, the Automated Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting equipment across Packaging and Manufacturing operations.
This role helps ensure equipment uptime, assists with projects, and completes all required documentation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Equipment Support & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues using a logical, root-cause approach.
Repair or fabricate components when needed.
Perform intermediate-level programming on electronic devices including VFDs, PLCs, and various controllers.
Assist with equipment setup, operation, and improvements.
Project & Process Support
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
Maintain appropriate spare parts inventory and assist with sourcing parts and obtaining quotes.
Support installation, modification, and enhancement of new or existing equipment.
Partner with Engineering on projects and initiatives.
Work with outside contractors and vendors as required.
Documentation & Safety
Create and update troubleshooting guides, rebuild instructions, calibrations, certifications, and PM documentation.
Participate in meetings and provide support as directed.
Ensure personal and team compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Education & Experience (one of the following):
Vocational degree in Automated Machinery Systems or
Two-year college degree with an emphasis in electronics, mechanics, or technology + 0-3 years related experience or
High school diploma (or equivalent) + 5 years' experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical controls, electronics, and mechanical systems
Proficiency in:
PLC programming
VFDs, servo drives, stepper motors
Pneumatics and fluid power systems
Encoders, resolvers, thermocouples, and control loops
Safety systems and best practices
Ability to fabricate or repair mechanical/electronic components
Other Skills & Abilities
Decision-making: Able to make informed, timely, and accurate decisions
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; advanced understanding of operating systems and file management is a plus

Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs

Education and/or Experience:
