THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are working exclusively with a reputable and growing business who are looking for a Product Manager to help shape and improve software products used by organisations across the public sector.
You'll work closely with customers, developers, and senior stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions that make a real impact.
You'll be responsible for helping to shape and improve key areas of the product, working closely with customers and internal teams to turn ideas and feedback into valuable features.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Product Lead, Product Specialist, Product Consultant, Product Development Manager, Software Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Analyst or similar role.
THE ROLE:
Manage the full product lifecycle, from research and planning through to delivery and continuous improvement
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and requirements
Gather and analyse user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements
Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for development teams
Work closely with designers, developers, and testers to ensure successful product delivery
Help prioritise features and maintain an organised product backlog
Review product performance and user feedback to inform future development
Support product roadmap planning and communicate upcoming changes and improvements
Stay informed about industry trends, legislation, and regulatory requirements relevant to the product
THE PERSON:
Must have previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst
Previous experience within a B2B SaaS environment is highly desirable
Strong experience gathering requirements and conducting user research
A proactive and innovative mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing approaches and bring fresh ideas that drive product improvement and business value
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience translating complex business processes into practical product solutions
Confident using AI tools to improve productivity and ways of working
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers

About the Service
Our Short-Term Homecare Team provides temporary support to help people:

You will actively support individuals to rebuild daily living skills, increasing independence as they progress.
Working Hours
Early Shift: Approximately 7:00am - 14:30pm
Late Shift: Approximately 15:30pm - 23:00pm
Long Day Shift: Approximately 7:00am - 23:00pm (with an unpaid break)
This is a community-based role, so flexibility and willingness to travel across Swindon and surrounding areas is essential.
These hours can vary to meet the needs of the business.
The Role (Community Based - Driving Essential)
You will provide short-term, recovery-focused support, adjusting care as individuals progress.
Your role will include:
Supporting people to relearn and rebuild daily living skills
Encouraging independence rather than completing tasks for them
Working flexibly within 2-hour visit windows
Adapting support daily based on recovery and changing needs
Collaborating with therapists, healthcare professionals and internal teams
This is a dynamic role where your professional judgement, confidence and experience will be highly valued.
