Your Role as a Refrigeration Engineer:
Perform installations and servicing of commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in freezers, chillers, and multi-deck displays.
Conduct routine maintenance and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
Handle refrigerants safely and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide excellent service to clients and maintain accurate job records.
What You'll Need:
F-Gas Certification (2079-11).
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Refrigeration Installation.
Proven experience with walk-in freezers, chillers, and multi-deck displays.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

The Role

We currently have a team of 120 service engineers across the UK working on a regional basis, working with Restaurants, Hotels, School and Care homes to name a few.
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer / Team Leader to join our team in the West Midlands .
This role requires someone who has worked with commercial and retail contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Service, reactive maintenance and breakdown of refrigeration equipment
· Supervise, lead, and support a team of refrigeration engineers and technicians.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system faults and oversee effective resolutions.
· Provide technical expertise and hands-on support as required.
· Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to standards.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
· Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
