Essential Duties:
Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals
Effectively communicate in a team-based environment
Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
Work with cross-functional teams such as production, engineering, and procurement to integrate quality standards throughout the product lifecycle
Develop and maintain KPI's to determine failure trends and corrective actions as needed

Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment and processes
Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction

Implement solutions to enhance product and process quality

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field required
10 years of progressive Quality department role experience
5 years of Quality Management experience
5 years of leadership experience
Yellow belt in Six Sigma training
5 years of SolidWorks experience or experience with comparable engineering software
Practical working knowledge of quality management systems
Practical working knowledge of FMEA process
Skill in creating action plans to address identified issues
PMI Certification preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
Demonstrating self-confidence in making decisions
Coaching, leading, and mentoring others
Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills
Coping with pressures and setbacks - adaptable and able to respond to change
Hiring Range:
Between $120,000 - $138,000/year

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.
This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.

The Inbound/Outbound Distribution Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing the efficient movement of materials and finished goods into and out of the distribution center.
This position supports receiving, shipping, inventory control, and transportation activities by ensuring accurate documentation, timely product flow, and compliance with company procedures and customer service requirements.
The role serves as a key link between warehouse operations, transportation providers, customer service, inventory control, and production teams to ensure products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and on schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify receipts against purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and advance shipping notices (ASNs).
Identify, document, and communicate shipment discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
Schedule and monitor inbound docking and unloading activities.
Enter receiving transactions into warehouse management systems (EWM) and ERP systems.
Ensure received materials are properly labeled and routed to designated storage locations.
Fulfill customer orders and shipment releases in accordance with shipping schedules.
Generate shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and carrier paperwork.
Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, freight providers, and internal departments.
Verify order accuracy, shipment quantities, and routing requirements prior to shipment.
Monitor order status and resolve shipping issues to support customer service levels.
Track and communicate shipment information and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory transaction records, investigate inventory discrepancies and support cycle count activities.
Ensure timely system updates for receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
Review reports and transaction data to identify exceptions requiring corrective action.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving priorities and shipping schedules.
Support compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain organized shipping and receiving records.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or distribution support.
Experience working with inventory systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP systems.
Experience in a high-volume distribution center or manufacturing environment.
Experience coordinating transportation carriers and freight shipments.

Relevant technology, security or risk-management certification is desirable
Core Responsibilities:
Maintain AI application, agent and solution registers, including ownership, guardrails, approvals and periodic re-attestations
Administer AI application-approval processes and track material changes to models, features and supporting platforms
Track ongoing peer review of AI-generated code and maintain evidence required by the AI governance process
Administer penetration tests, red-team exercises and security exceptions, ensuring findings and actions are recorded and tracked
Coordinate internal and external audits and track regulatory and standards remediation to completion
Maintain security procedures and map control frameworks to relevant standards and requirements
Coordinate security-debt remediation and provide clear reporting on backlog, ownership and progress
Produce security management information and complete scheduled key-risk-indicator reporting
Triage non-incident security requests and coordinate follow-up with the Help Desk and relevant Technology teams
Coordinate access reviews and maintain the evidence required to demonstrate completion
Monitor emerging regulatory and standards developments and flag potential impacts for assessment
Coordinate supplier security meetings and track agreed actions and remediation
Publish internal threat-intelligence and security-awareness communications

We are currently URGENTLY seeking an Interim Head of Configuration Management to join our Watford based client for an exciting contract assignment.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and leading the configuration management function, ensuring robust control of product data, change management processes and configuration governance across multiple programmes.
The Interim Head of Configuration Management will work closely with engineering, project management, quality, manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure configuration integrity is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards.
The ideal Watford based Interim Head of Configuration Management will have experience which includes:
Proven experience leading a Configuration Management function within a complex engineering, defence, aerospace or manufacturing environment
