About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected provider of specialist residential care for children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people within a therapeutic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional day-to-day care and support for young people.
Assist in managing the residential home, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

What We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare or equivalent (essential).
At least 3 years of experience in residential childcare.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Salary Details:
Base Salary (40 hours/week): £26,956.80 per annum.
Additional Sleep-in Shifts (1 per week at £40): £2,080.00 per annum.
Total Yearly Salary: £29,036.80 per annum.
