DAP is currently looking to hire Product Information Specialist.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise to customers, sales reps, and internal staff in area of proper product usage/application. Arrange for customer reimbursement for defective products, assist in rectifying customer complaints, and arrange for investigations on specific user complaints. Requirements
Educational requirement is High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree. 0-3 years' experience in customer service.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking is essential. Industry experience and product knowledge a plus. Knowledge of SAP system preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in stressful situations. This is NOT a trainee role, to be considered for this role you must be currently working in an accident repair centre in an identical role or have done so in the last 3 years.
You must have working experience of Audatex (or similar estimating software) and ideally hold an ATA VDA
Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- You will undertake the inspection of accident damaged vehicles, assessing the full extent of the damage, costs of repair and time frames.
- You will ensure our work providers menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies and key information for each contract is being adhered too on each job.

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Days: Monday - Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern and there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

Person Specification:
A Full Driving License
Outstanding customer service skills
The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
Basic IT skills
The ability to remain focused when under pressure
Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
Willingness and ability to travel
Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders.
Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock.
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
Full training in our systems and client procedures will be provided.
