Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President of Retail Sales, the National Accounts Manager will be responsible for driving profitable, sustainable growth withing the automotive and general retail space.
Account focus will be primarily national accounts under the automotive banner with select specialty retail accounts where applicable.
Responsibilities will further include discovery and implementation of growth strategies and initiatives with internal and external marketing and support efforts.
Item assortment will include well-positioned automotive brands, new item creation and innovation, and specialty opportunities.
A creative mindset and strong interpersonal skills are essential to create new and develop existing relationships with key retail accounts.
Supervision Responsibility:
With the passage of time and successful placement, there could potentially be additional supervision responsibilities as placement initiatives grow and expand.

Maintain constant communication with clients. Participate in product development and product improvement processes. Act as an interface between the company and the customer on pricing, product availability, product information and credit issues.
Gather and disseminate internal information regarding product improvement, process improvements, including functions like shipping, quality, competitive information, and business opportunities. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

An equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties and meet the necessary employment standards may be considered.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Sales & Marketing / Business Management required Five years of retail sales experience required. Retail placement and marketing support experience beneficial.

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for programming pricing consistent with channel/region/territory alignment with sales, marketing and business strategies for DAP Canada and Export sales organizations.
The analyst is responsible for managing all programs from routing the initial request for approval to loading data in our systems and ultimately ensuring pricing and rebates are processed correctly.
The analyst will review all invoice holds and release the orders based on pricing strategies, promotions and incentives as approved for the individual accounts.
Responsibility entails administration program approvals, pricing and rebates as required for each business segment.
The analyst will also manage rep agency payments in accordance with approved agreements.

Responsibilities
Pricing & Promotional Support

Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Accounting and Credit personnel.
Understand and follow all established policies and procedures.
Coordinate and support rebate payment process for customers and buying groups. Coordinate and support rep agency payments in accordance with contractual agreements. Provide communication support on written material to company personnel on all group related programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree, associate's degree. 1+ years of relevant experience.
Effective communications skills - verbal and written, SAP experience a plus. Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand. Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work all with a sense of urgency. Familiarity with use of PC system for order placement, pricing, and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders and products.

The customer is everything at DAP and our Customer Service Representatives take first class care of them.
They roll up their sleeves and handle anything requested by our field sales reps and our B2B customers (dealers and distributors) that will keep orders on-track and on-time.
Upon completion of the training program, this rep will work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining a high service level and low abandon rate by ensuring customer calls are answered in a timely manner.
Answering the customer calls using excellent phone techniques.
Provide tracking details to final destination upon customer request. Responsible for accurate order entry of all incoming orders via phone, fax, and email.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring of all orders from entry to shipment.
Confirmation of all orders received to the customer within 24 hours providing valid expected ship dates. Responsible for the review and monitoring of orders entered report to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders.
Review all backorders for daily communication with plants regarding shipping status of backorders.
Responsible for daily interaction with sales reps, credit reps and pricing team to resolve all order blocks and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Communicate with credit department on term's discrepancies.
Responsible for the accurate and timely process of requests for credit/debit upon customer request and investigation.
