JOB DESCRIPTION
DAP is looking to hire Process Engineer for our Baltimore Plant.
Responsibilities
Provide process engineering support for raw materials, compounding, production, and packaging functions to improve safety, and support the MS 168 continuous improvement process.
Production Support
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation.
Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) accordingly
Capital Plan
Coordinates with plant engineer to oversee capital projects necessary for the continued improvement and modernization of the plant.
Ensure completion of projects within budgets.
Safety
Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions.
Responsible for safety devices, safe design, etc.
of all equipment.
Administer process hazard analyses (PHA's) for identified materials, processes, and RHP Compliance
MS 168
Support the tier meeting process by the implementation and analysis of data collection and visual management systems.
Environmental Program reporting
Support the site's environmental program by assisting with reporting, compliance monitoring, and QA results in support of process engineering improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering
2+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
Six Sigma/lean manufacturing experience.
Understanding of process control methods, flowmeters, level monitors, and other process controls within a batch manufacturing process.
Ability to read and interpret process drawings (process flow diagrams and P&ID's).
PLC with ladder logic analysis.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
PC usage with MS Office Suite (AutoCAD experience a plus), strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills both written and verbal.

Demonstrate best practices and methodology in each phase of the training lifecycle; assessment, design, develop, implementation, and evaluation (i.e.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, Learning and Development, HR, Education.
3-5 years professional experience in Learning & Development roles.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and changing deadlines, remain open-minded and adaptable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and learning management systems (LMS).
Oracle experience a plus.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is desirable.

DAP is looking to hire Supply Planner at our Corporate Office in Baltimore, MD.
The primary role of the Supply Planner is to facilitate inventory management and replenishment according to predefined parameters by using data such as sales forecasts, demand plans and marketing projections and to ensure inventory availability on time and on cost.
The Supply Planner will optimize inventory management and fill rate results by working cross functionally across the Supply Chain Organization.
To be successful, the Supply Planner will be required to easily move between detailed analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Supply Planning
Supply Planner will focus on implementing and assisting in the execution of operational plans.
Supply Planner can operate under minimal supervision and is trusted to make appropriate decisions for their business unit with the ability to clearly communicate reasons/clarifications for decisions made.
Manage finished good inventory levels (planned + actuals) at each manufacturing facility / distribution center as well as product availability targets.
Responsible to ensure planning parameters are defined, respected, and accurately met to assure a high level of customer satisfaction is supported through appropriate inventory stocking that is aligned with sales forecast and capacity.
Identify possible material shortages against inventory plans and assess alternative sources of replenishment to fulfill orders.
Coordinate with applicable departments to understand and resolve material shortages, production delays, yield issues and other potential schedule delays.
Adjust the supply plan based on the outcome and input from cross functional collaboration.
Collaboration
Collaborate with the internal departments to align on inventory targets, improvement opportunities, action plans, exceptions and tracking key metrics that drive effective business results.
Collaborate within the Supply Planning Organization to optimize customer fill rate.
Collaborate with, provide training, and share best practices with cross-functional partners and coworkers.
Process Improvement
Actively identify process improvement projects and contribute to their execution.
Support business execution of programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, etc.
Participate in projects related to Supply Planning, including planning system testing.
Ability to troubleshoot system issues, document processes, and initiate continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or other relevant field required and/or equivalent Supply Chain experience in lieu of degree.
3-5 Years of Supply Planning experience, previous production planner experience is a plus.
Problem solving, process improvement and strong communications skills are required as well as the ability to forge strong relationships with our manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong oral and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
Takes the initiative to accomplish objectives and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
Experience with SAP S4/Hana and SAP IBP modules.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Social Media Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of DAP's organic social media presence across priority platforms.
This role contributes to content development, publishing, and community engagement, while also supporting elements of strategy, planning, and performance analysis.
The Specialist plays a key role in maintaining consistent, high-quality channel execution and supporting launch readiness, while partnering closely with Creative, PR, Influencer Marketing, and other cross functional teams.
Over time, this role is expected to build capability in strategic thinking, platform expertise, and performance analysis as DAP continues to evolve its social media function.
Responsibilities
Social Media Execution & Channel Management
Draft, schedule, and publish social media content across priority platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Maintain consistent channel presence, cadence, and platform hygiene (bios, highlights, playlists, and evergreen elements).
Support execution of both evergreen and campaign-driven content calendars.
Ensure all published content aligns with brand voice, quality standards, and platform best practices.
Stay current on platform updates, features, and trends to support timely and relevant execution.
Content Planning Support & Optimization
Translate campaign briefs, product launches, and business priorities into actionable content plans and execution timelines.
Identify and curate user-generated and approved creator-generated content for use across social channels.
Support integration of UGC into social storytelling, campaigns, and platform-specific formats.
Contribute to content optimization by applying performance learnings and platform insights.
Maintain accessibility of priority content assets for ongoing use.
Creative Collaboration & Content Integration
Partner with Creative Services and Studio teams to support development of social-first and platform-native content.
Provide input on content formats, trends, and platform best practices during planning and execution.
Ensure studio-produced assets are adapted appropriately for social platforms.
Participate in select content capture or studio shoots where needed to support execution.
Community Engagement & Social Listening
Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comment moderation and direct message responses where appropriate.
Follow established guidelines for escalation of customer, product, or brand-related issues.
Monitor social conversations and platform activity to identify trends, feedback, and emerging topics.
Share relevant insights with internal teams to inform content and campaign planning.
Reporting & Performance Support
Create and maintain reports and dashboards supporting campaigns, launches, and ongoing social performance.
Track and summarize key performance indicators across platforms.
Support analysis of performance data and provide input into optimization recommendations.
Ensure reporting outputs are clear, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Monitor emerging platforms, content formats, and social media trends.
Support testing and experimentation with new formats and ideas where appropriate.
Collaborate with PR on LinkedIn content execution and support alignment with broader communication strategies.
Partner with internal teams to support evolving social media initiatives over time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content execution roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices.
Experience creating and publishing content across multiple social channels.
Familiarity with social media management and reporting tools.
Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve execution.
Exposure to AI-enabled tools for research, content support, or reporting is a plus.
