About the team
This team works in the community to improve the treatment and safety of people with mental health issues.
The team makes decisions on the best outcomes for them.
Care coordination of complex cases under CPA, developing co-produced care plans with service users, risk assessment and management and safeguarding are just some of the day-to-day duties of an adult social worker, in the mental health team.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience of working with adults with psychosis and complex needs, experience of Care Act assessments and reviews and able to manage their time effectively and prioritise their workload.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy & procedure including Safeguarding, Mental Health Act, Care Act and Mental Capacity Act will also be necessary for the role.

Support individuals with housing-related issues, including tenancy management and securing accommodation
Engage with external agencies, including probation services and health professionals, to provide holistic support
Assist service users in accessing education, training, and employment opportunities
Conduct risk assessments and develop tailored support plans
Maintain regular contact with service users to monitor progress and provide guidance
Promote independence by assisting with life skills such as budgeting and daily living tasks
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with contractual and organisational requirements
THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, supporting vulnerable adults within a housing or community setting.
Experience working with individuals with substance misuse issues and/or an offending background
Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and risk assessments
Ability to liaise effectively with external agencies and multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in maintaining accurate records and adhering to data protection policies
THE CONTRACT
40 hours per week (35 paid, 5 unpaid lunch)
Rota basis between 8AM - 8PM, including some weekend work
3-month contract with potential temp-to-perm opportunity
£16.69 per hour LTD / £14.23 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)

My client is seeking an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join their team in managing all costs relating to projects, especially the fit-out packages such as drylining and/or carpentry.
The ideal candidate will ensure that the financial aspects of construction projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties:
Estimate Preparation:
Analyse project plans, specifications, and related documentation to create detailed cost estimates.
Identify and quantify cost factors such as production time, materials, and labour expenses.
Prepare comprehensive takeoffs and pricing for all project components.
Bid Management:
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather essential information for estimates.
Compile and submit bid packages to clients promptly.
Review and interpret bid documents and proposals, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Cost Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyse cost trends and discrepancies to maintain estimate accuracy.
Provide detailed reports and cost breakdowns for management review.
Update and manage cost databases to reflect current market conditions.
Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination:
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.

Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam).
Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
