GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.
This will involve working with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is effectively executed and completed safely and all contractual obligations are adhered to.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager. Pre-Construction Stage: Publish the Project Schedule. Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Engages with the Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information. Conducts Pre-Construction Meetings and distributes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Obtain Building Permit when required. Construction Stage: Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files. Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager. Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all appliable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed. Close Out Stage: Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Upon receiving SAP Sales Order information from Customer Service Representatives, the administrator confirms all compliance requirements based on the WTI Price Book Policy/Procedures and Contract Management Policy, completing checklists to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed. This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights. Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval. The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of WTI's operational, financial, and compliance frameworks to support accurate project execution and reporting.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.
Specifically, the Business Operations Project Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all administrative aspects for an array of project types.
This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services. Key responsibilities encompass managing contractor payables, handling customer billings and receivables, ensuring compliance with standards and policies, applying book pricing and WTI documentation policies, overseeing commission and discounting policies, processing change orders, document management, financial data entry, and coordinating communications with Field Resources and Customers as required. Success in this role requires a high level of professionalism, strong organizational and prioritization skills, effective time management, and proficiency in relevant technology and software.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and a self-motivated attitude, are vital.
The administrator must work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating the ability to collaborate with customers, field staff, and various internal stakeholders. This position involves regular interaction with multiple departments and teams, including General Services, General Contracting field operations, Field Representatives, Business Operations, IT, Finance/Accounting, Warranty, Tremcare, Sales, Accounts Payable, Credit, and Products.
Given the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the role, flexibility and adaptability are essential, as the Project Administrator must navigate and respond to evolving project requirements and organizational needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Administrator plays an integral role in the project lifecycle by validating, organizing, and ensuring compliance for all project documentation and financial processes.
Upon receiving SAP Sales Order information from Customer Service Representatives, the administrator confirms all compliance requirements based on the WTI Price Book Policy/Procedures and Contract Management Policy, completing checklists to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed. This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights. Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval. The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of WTI's operational, financial, and compliance frameworks to support accurate project execution and reporting.

Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develop and recommend document retention requirements as needed.

Construction Stage:
Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files. Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager. Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Engineering Project Manager is a leader in the department and will supervise the staff's day-to-day responsibilities and mentor staff in both technical knowledge and career development.
The Engineering Project Manager will lead technical assessment projects in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages multiple field engineering team projects and day-to-day activities. Provides technical and project oversight and support to the field engineering, sales, and operations teams. Develop and implement training for the field engineering team. Guides the field engineering team members through career development. Develops and implements processes to provide, maintain, and improve field engineering deliverables. Conduct on-site visits to understand specific projects' scope and technical intricacies.
Evaluate existing HVAC systems, identify any issues or challenges, and gather data needed. Manages project budgets, billing, and closeout. Reviews field engineering reports, budgets, and designs. Understand the components and functions of existing mechanical systems being altered or renovated. Ensures a smooth project transition between the sales and operations teams. Coordinates with design and estimating engineers for field engineering workload allocation. Creates, maintains, and improves project management tools and templates. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field. 7+ years of industry-specific experience. Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD preferred. EI certification with the ability to obtain a PE license is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred. Experience with a programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred. Experience with cloud-based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc.) preferred. Ability to travel out of state up to 25% of the time.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $100,000 and $120,000.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing the social media strategy for Tremco CPG Inc.

Develop the social media strategy by working closely with the content marketing and digital marketing teams. Work closely with the content marketing team to align content with the Tremco CPG brands. Develop a social media calendar to ensure all brands are communicating to audiences with consistent messaging at the optimal days and times of the week. Communicate and engage with social media followers by responding to comments and direct messages, resharing appropriate content, and engaging in meaningful conversations. Moderate, analyze, and share user generated content. Create and set up social ads to run on various platforms including but not limited to META and LinkedIn while also regularly effectively managing the social media budget. Utilize Hootsuite for effective social media management and scheduling, including social listening to monitor brand mentions and audience sentiments. Prepare and analyze monthly reports for all brands and communicate results to team members and implement adjustments as needed. Set up and optimize social media platforms according to social media best practices to increase visibility of the company's social content. Work with the SEO Specialist to align social media content with SEO strategies through areas such as keywords, web content, and blogs to maximize brand exposure and increase engagement.
Create relationships with social media influencers and market leaders and work with the content team to create collaborative posts and discussions for backlinking opportunities. Collaborate with other departments as necessary (product management, technical services, sales, etc.) to develop content for company successes, case studies or upcoming webinars and events. Stay up to date with social media best practices and trends.
Continually research hashtags and trending industry terms to include in postings as well.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
