PROJECT ADMINISTRATION ASSOCIATE
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Project Administration Associate provides essential administrative support to the Project Administrator, focusing on logistical coordination, data tracking, and process documentation for construction-related projects.

Monitor the Fee Discrepancy Log, noting and escalating any inconsistencies.
Assist with Open Project Audits by gathering and organizing documentation for the following:

Participate in special projects as assigned, supporting cross-functional operational initiatives.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE:

Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.

The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of the production area for designated shift.
Maintain safe and productive working environment as well as meet product quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in selection, training, coordination and assignment/re-assignment of associates to maximize the effectiveness of personnel.

Qualifications:

3-5 years' experience in required field.

Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.

Optical Assistant - The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day to day running of the practice while delivering a welcoming, professional experience for every patient.
Responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and supporting them throughout their visit
Supporting the dispensing process including frames, lenses, and spectacle advice
Assisting with pre screening and basic optical checks
Booking appointments and managing patient records
Carrying out basic frame adjustments and minor repairs
Supporting clinic flow to ensure appointments run smoothly
Working closely with Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians, and the wider practice team
Maintaining high standards of customer care and compliance
This is a full time role, working 5 days per week:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

This role sits within a central risk function and supports the delivery and ongoing enhancement of the organisation's operational risk management framework.
The successful candidate will contribute to a range of operational risk activities, including business continuity and operational resilience initiatives, while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to identify, assess and mitigate risk.

The role offers hybrid working with the expectation to be in the office around 3 days a week.
Skills/Experience:
An understanding of financial services
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in providing constructive challenge and engaging with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
Experience in operational risk management (desirable)
Knowledge of risk and control self-assessments - RCSA (desirable)
Experience working with risk monitoring and reporting dashboards (desirable)
Core Responsibilities:
Support the execution of the operational risk management framework across the organisation.
Review and analyse operational controls, processes and service quality to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist business areas in identifying and mitigating operational risks, advising on remediation actions and regulatory considerations.
Maintain and update operational risk policies, procedures and supporting tools.
Identify operational and regulatory process gaps and escalate risk events where appropriate.
Monitor the risk and control environment and provide constructive challenge to stakeholders.
Analyse and synthesise risk data, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
Support business continuity and recovery testing with a focus on operational resilience.
Build effective working relationships across the organisation, including with senior stakeholders.
