Homologation & Compliance Manager - Automotive
Are you an experienced Vehicle Homologation & Compliance professional with a background in automotive manufacturing, vehicle conversion, or specialist vehicles? Do you have strong knowledge of vehicle type approval, Conformity of Production (CoP), and experience working with regulatory bodies such as the VCA?

Key Responsibilities
Lead all GB / UKNI Type Approval activities across vehicle programmes
Manage and develop Conformity of Production (CoP) systems
Act as the key contact for VCA and external regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with all relevant UK and international automotive legislation
Support engineering and product development teams from a compliance perspective
Manage TÜV and external certification processes
Coordinate testing, technical documentation, and approval submissions
Maintain and develop ISO9001 Quality Management Systems
Conduct audits, manage corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
Support Health & Safety compliance within manufacturing and workshop environments
Manage calibration systems, records, and equipment traceability
Train and support internal teams on compliance procedures and standards
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in automotive homologation / vehicle type approval
Strong understanding of Conformity of Production (CoP)
Experience working with VCA or equivalent approval bodies
ISO9001 Quality Management Systems experience
Background within automotive manufacturing or engineering

Responsible for plant wide proactive and reactive Electrical Maintenance activities to ensure the optimum performance of the factory.
Carry out PPM schedules and Reactive Maintenance Activities as required.
Carry out work upon all electrical elements such as motors, invertors, safety circuits, performing basic fault finding on PLC's etc.
Extensive training will also be provided on Siemens PLC S7 TIA portal systems along with further up-skilling opportunities.
To Be Successful as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
You will need to hold the following Electrical Vocational and Technical qualifications to be considered: City and Guilds Level 3 AND BTEC Level 3 or higher with NVQ Level 3, OR be Apprentice trained to level 3 or equivalent.

Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services to architectural, design and engineering firms with a specific geographic region.
Works with Design Build construction firms.
Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts by executing necessary paperwork such as maintaining a Salesforce Automation (SFA) database with projects and activities associated with that project and/or account.

Enter a minimum of 5 new projects per week within Salesforce.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years' industry experience in similar sales, design, or equivalent role.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
Has the ability to organize and prioritize activities.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.

Required Experience:
3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing

The Commercial Roofer will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred
Reliable form of transportation
Acceptable background check per company standards
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

Here's what you can expect every day:
Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including pumps, motors, filling and packaging equipment, conveyors, palletizers, piping, valves, tanks, agitators, drives, gearboxes, and utilities.
Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure equipment reliability.
Work with filling line operators to efficiently change over line equipment for different label, container, and packaging sizes.
Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the filling lines by Pareto analysis of OEE data and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce downtime.
Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.
Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
Comply with company safety rules and procedures.
Complete daily and shift clean up tasks.
Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers.
Ensure shift to shift hand-off is complete.
Support and complete small capital projects.
Required Experience:
3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have expertise in packaging equipment, plumbing, and pipefitting, with skills in electrical work and instrument calibration considered a definite plus
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex packaging and material-handling equipment is required
Ability to do basic math.
Accurately enter and retrieve computer data.
Ability to operate machinery
Ability to solve problems in a team environment.
Active participation in our Continuous Improvement Process.
Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.
Willing to work overtime as required
