POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining the case packer machines to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
This role is essential in supporting the smooth running of production and contributing to the company's mission of delivering exceptional, eco-friendly products to consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Set up case packer machines for production, ensuring optimal performance
* Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and maintain efficiency
* Monitor and adjust machines as needed to improve quality and maintain line speeds
* Carry out regular in-process quality checks and record downtime
* Meet consistent quality and productivity targets
* Support other packing line duties as required to ensure smooth production
REQUIREMENTS
* Recent, relevant hands-on experience with semi-automated machinery in a similar production/packing environment

JOB DESCRIPTION
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.

Due to the planned expansion of the site team and growth across the wider organisation I am looking for a Site Supervisor who has experience of working within the panel wiring industry, someone who is able to support the factory where needed in the build when needed, but to ultimately run an installation team covering sites across the UK with very few overnight stays

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a team of site installation operatives
- On-site Installing panels at customer locations throughout the UK
- Leading site jobs and coordinating site works
- Client facing speaking to clients onsite, ensuring all RAMS are adhered to and working to resolve any changes and implement new instructions
- Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and recorded correctly
- Working in line with our ISO accreditations
- Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
The Right Person
The successful Site Supervisor will will have Previous Site installation/Maintenance
experience as well as the following key skills:
- Previous experience of working as a Control Panel Builder/Wirer
- Site experience is essential for this role
- Be an excellent communicator both internally and externally
- Be able to solve problems without drama as they occur
- Organised and methodical
