WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL TASKS:
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
• Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
• Handling of freight as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
• Keeps site Supervisor and manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
• Ensures proper LOT rotation and including FIFO (first in-first out) and organic product handling and shipping process
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills
• Must be proficient in math
• Must be have forklift license
• Manage response to rapidly changing products on inbound and outbound
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Verify all shipments are recorded and verified the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Requires high degree of attention, skills, and dexterity in the control of a forklift and stacking of the product on the pallet
• Transport selected product to designated dock area using power equipment.
• Handle all products so as not to injure teammates or damage the product, the bags or cases
• Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.
• Maintain a quality of work that limits mis picks, short and damages
• Comply with company attendance policy.
The warehouse Associate is responsible for loading or unloading pallets, bags and cases, on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Warehouse associate is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, Stretch wrap and count items throughout Profile Food.
Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.
5 years preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong organizational skills
• Forklift Certified
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations methods and practices
• Ability to read, write and speak English required, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Problem solving, team building, project execution and ability to multi-task
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift 50lbs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital making sure plans and actions support strategic initiatives.
Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving, efficacy gains and cost reduction depending on need.
Manage spending, such as overtime and headcount against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employee's positive involvement with opportunity for constructive input and actions.
Prepare work schedules, assign work, oversee and assist employees in meeting production schedules
Coordinate with Demand Planner to maintain Small Batch schedule.
Review Demand Planner's schedule and print batch tickets, Stage Gate notes as needed.
Check off batch tickets.
Assist / Cover for QC Color Supervisor when needed to ensure product flow through the plant.
Monitor production work flow in process in production, routinely walking the floor and observing progress and detecting bottle necks.
Maintain discipline, morale and personnel relations and address primary complaints
Oversee orientation and training of new employees
Work with front line leadership team to recommend and implement terminations, transfers, promotions and wage adjustments
Work with other departments to complete production schedule requirements
Check material shortages, machine or equipment defects and causes for production delays
Maintain equipment and work areas and eliminate safety hazards
Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
Maintain clean and safe work environment using correct tools properly
Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with the latest production and production management concepts.
Actively promotes and drives a culture that creates a safe working environment for all employees.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager-HVAC manages all projects (including GC and Self-Perform HVAC AHU Restorations, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget and selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the projects.

Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications: Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-con Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of eBuilder for all project documentation per policy manual Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability Accountable for Quality Assurance Understand the subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to the subcontractor per the executed agreement Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Sets project timelines and goals Manages critical metrics and reports regularly or as required Coordinates work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Bachelor's degree - Construction Related (Engineering, Construction Management, etc)
EXPERIENCE:
HVAC/Mechanical Contracting Experience mandatory
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Mechanical Contracting License or the ability to get it is a plus.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Experience with Salesforce and eBuilder preferred.
