Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.

Our client, a leading Global Managed Services company is looking to hire a Service Operations Manager with experiences of managing Managed Services within Financial accounts.
The role is accountable for 40+ Staff and a Multi Million Pound Managed Services contracts.
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of managed services and project professionals (40 + Engineers) who are dedicated to delivering a project or service to identified strategic accounts in finance.
This is a Global role that includes improving efficiency, productivity and quality whilst delivering in line with budget requirements in a safe and fully compliant working environment, globally for financial strategic accounts.

What Youll Need
- Background in technical sales, field sales or technical account management, experience working within cable assemblies, wire harnesses, interconnect products or electronics manufacturing
- Strong technical understanding of cable assembly design, materials, connectors and manufacturing processes, with confidence reading drawings, specifications and schematics.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with a self-motivated, organised approach to managing a remote territory and pipeline.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands as needed.

The Field Applications Engineer - Relays / Connectors will use own extensive technical knowledge to identify, develop and implement technical solutions for customers across the full product range.
You will be customer facing and support other customer-facing colleagues to deliver enhanced levels of sales growth whilst helping to define and extend the product range.

The Role of Area Sales Manager
Drive Sales of Ventilation Systems – Promote and sell the company’s range of natural ventilation products, including Hybrid NV solutions, dampers, window and roof systems, and ancillaries.
Generate Specifications & Build Relationships – Work closely with architects, M&E consultants, and contractors to specify products on key projects, particularly within the education sector.
Secure & Manage Orders – Engage with M&E contractors and main contractors to convert specifications into orders, manage the process, and ensure successful delivery.
Meet Sales Targets – Consistently achieve regional sales objectives by winning projects and maximising business opportunities.
