These responsibilities include: Training and supervising Staff & Senior Auditors in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of the audit. Provide training and re-enforcement to worldwide financial managers regarding the expectations surrounding the Company's internal control framework. Effectively communicate with local financial management, regarding the nature of audit documentation requests, an overview of procedures performed, and the results of the audit. Keep abreast of laws, rules and regulations issued by applicable regulatory agencies with which the Company must comply. Maintain personal and professional competency through appropriate participation in professional organizations and attendance at relevant internal and external training opportunities.
Relationship and Contacts
Internal Contacts:
Senior Internal Auditors, Staff Internal Auditors, and Interns - On a daily basis, the Manager of Internal Audit is expected to work in small project teams and manage the efforts of the Senior Internal Auditors, the Staff Internal Auditors and Interns.
Senior Director of Internal Audit - On a frequent basis, the Manager of Internal Audit will meet with the Senior Director to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
Vice President - Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Manager of Internal Audit will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to provide summary reporting on audits, projects and staffing.
RPM Corporate Officers - The Manager of Internal Audit may be asked to participate in meetings with RPM Corporate Officers including the Chief Financial, Accounting and/or Compliance Officers to provide an executive level summary of the activities of the Internal Audit Department.
Corporate Finance Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate Finance Department, most important of which is the preparation of the Company's external financial statements.
In addition, the Corporate Finance Department will communicate any areas of risk at the operating company level to Internal Audit for review and follow-up.
Financial Management at Operating Groups and Operating Companies - Though the degree will vary with every audit, this position will have contact with employees in the worldwide finance function, including Segment-level Chief Financial Officers and Controllers.

Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements
6 to 10 years of experience is preferred. Completion of a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting is preferred.
Completion of a Bachelor's in accounting, finance or a related field is required.
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required for Position
Strong oral and written communication skills. Positive Attitude & willingness to work and travel in small teams. Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, developing, and mentoring others. Senior Director of Internal Audit - On a frequent basis, the Manager of Internal Audit will meet with the Senior Director to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
Vice President - Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Manager of Internal Audit will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to provide summary reporting on audits, projects and staffing.

As an Business Development Manager / Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new commercial cleaning contracts through direct outreach and relationship building.
This is a self-employed role with 15% commission for the period of 3 months transitioning to a salaried role (£30k) plus bonus, commission and also back pay bonus if targets are met.
They are looking for multiple candidates with regional networks and experience in B2B sales within the cleaning or facilities management sectors.
You will be responsible for:
* Generating new business leads within commercial sectors including offices, educational settings, estate management, and facilities management providers
* Conducting targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Managing and nurturing a live pipeline of prospects using Google-based CRM tools
* Collaborating with internal bid and ops teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Positioning MBT Group as an agile, hassle-free operational partner, not just another cleaning supplier
What we're looking for:
* Previously worked as an Business Development Manager, Account manager, Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, New Business Manager, Sales Development Manager, Outreach Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Develplment Execituve, Business Development Consultant, Sales Development Consultant or in a similar role.
* Proven success in business development, ideally in cleaning, facilities management, housing associations, or council contracts
* A strong existing network of UK-based decision-makers (such as FM managers, estate teams, or procurement leads)
* Confident communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
* Able to thrive in a commission-only structure for the 3-month trial period
What's on offer:
* Commission of 15% on confirmed contract (£2,000 - £8,000 average contract value)
* Flexible, remote-first working arrangement
* Full digital onboarding pack (scripts, email, daily check-ins, capability deck)
* If performance targets are met (£20K+ contracts closed in trial), transition to a salaried role with backpay bonus
* No travel requirement, outreach is conducted remotely
Trial Period & Progression:

* Successful candidates securing £20K+ in signed deals will be offered a permanent salaried or retainer position
