Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analysing drawings and specifications, calculating material, labour, and equipment requirements.

I am currently seeking a Estimator for work with a Civil UK Contractor.
Role can be based out of their Birmingham or London Office.
This role would be a position for the right candidate.

Establishing new and building existing relationships with clients / contractors / suppliers
Coordinate site visits with team members to understand project logistics / constraints

Our client, a main contractor who are specialists in heritage & conservation projects as well as luxury new build and conversions, are looking for a senior estimator to join their growing commercial team in Fakenham, Norfolk.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years estimating experience and will hold a full UK Driving Licence.
Duties will include but are not limited to the below:
Ensuring all applications are submitted in line with the contractual terms
Ensuring sub-contractor payments are made on time
Overseeing the commercial team
Completing client valuations
Monitoring all applications submitted and ensure any works rejected are tracked and reissued when appropriate
Pricing all jobs by their appropriate revenue code to ensure that they are billed correctly
To produce and agree a monthly application
