JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Diagnostic Services Manager oversees the strategic direction, operational execution, and quality assurance of diagnostic roofing services across North America.
This role ensures the delivery of best-in-class diagnostics, including infrared, nuclear, and visual inspections, while managing regional teams, training programs, and customer engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Strategy: Lead regional diagnostic teams to ensure consistent delivery of services across all major markets. Collaborate with Division Managers and Field Supervisors to optimize manpower utilization and profitability. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand diagnostic capabilities and coverage. Training & Development: Oversee onboarding and field training of new hires, including shadowing and certification in diagnostic tools and techniques. Maintain training standards in collaboration with corporate trainers and external partners (e.g., Infraspection Institute). Operations & Quality Control: Coordinate staffing and scheduling of diagnostic technicians across regions. Ensure proper documentation and quality control of all diagnostic jobs to meet customer satisfaction and compliance standards. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding diagnostic issues. Communication & Reporting: Foster professional communication with customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal personnel. Review and manage key regional reports, including Toolbox Talks, Utilization Reports, and Truck Audits. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Level 1 Thermographer (Infraspection Institute or equivalent). Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) training. OSHA 10-Hour Certification. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a minimum of five to seven years progressively more responsible related work experience, with three to five years in a management role preferred.

Prior product/market management experience and/or 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, R&D, technical service, or manufacturing, with strong direct customer contact.

Understand and translate Tremco CPG and WTI/C business operations initiatives Be a change agent.
Advocate for necessary changes by researching and re-imagining how we execute through different tech solutions. Establish metrics and benchmark data, develop reports for specific programs, and report outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. Continually explore ways to engage with the business and build new relationships. Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers and stakeholders. Travel as needed for presentations, training, team meetings, etc. Participate in or lead team meetings, presentations, focus groups, committees, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Director, Business Systems WTI/C.
Systems Support Responsibilities
User Support & Troubleshooting
Main business liaison for end-users as it pertains to WTI/C technology solutions. First level diagnostics and resolution for issues related to mobile apps, scheduling, integrations, and data sync. Issue/ Error log management.
System Monitoring & Incident Management
Monitor system health, performance, and connectivity in partnership with corporate IT. Proactively identify issues or potential issues and escalate to the appropriate team(s) for recurring or critical issues. Monitor and follow-up on escalated issues. If required, identify, implement and train on any required workarounds until issues are resolved. Log, track, and resolve support tickets from Service Now or other communication methods. Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions for analytics.
Mobile App Support
Assist end users with mobile app setup, usage, and troubleshooting. If/When applicable, ensure proper syncing between mobile and backend systems.
Testing & Validation
Support testing of new features, patches, and integrations in partnership with Corporate IT. Help communicate and validate bug fixes prior to system updates before deployment. Help coordinate, monitor and receive feedback during User Acceptance Testing, track all issues/requests and follow through in partnership with corporate IT to resolution
Training & Documentation
Create training programs and post-go-live support.
Remain business point of contact through to resolution.
Create user guides, videos, FAQs, and training materials. Conduct all end-user training to new and existing end users. Develop change management strategies to support user adoption.
Integration Support
Partner with corporate IT and external partners for troubleshooting issues, monitoring data flows and ensuring synchronization between integrated systems.

Team Coordination

Risk & Issue Management

Budget & Resource Management
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery. Optimize resource utilization across project phases. Manage contract administration process including change orders and NDAs.
Quality Assurance
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance processes in partnership with the business and Corporate IT.
Reporting & Documentation
Provide regular status updates to leadership. Maintain comprehensive project and system documentation, including lessons learned.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Estimator is responsible for prioritizing and developing all bids and proposals pricing for significant building and commercial projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure high quality with each proposal. Input all estimated costs in GC estimates via the cost model to ensure financial accuracy for revenue reporting purposes.
Review material usage on contractor proposals to ensure enough material is being estimated on the project based on Tremco material coverage and usage rates.
Coordinate work with key Program Managers, Construction Managers, Sales Reps (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and Field Technicians.
Review and respond to all pre-qualification requests.
Provide accurate estimates and bids. Coordinate with subcontractors. Participate in the Prevention and Correction Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality.
Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions.
Control further processing, delivery, or installation of a non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Produce line-item proposals as required at the estimator level.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be detail-oriented and have excellent proofreading skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
Must have proficient computer skills. Must have proficient organizational skills.
Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $72,000 and $90,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Estimator is responsible for prioritizing and developing all bids and proposals pricing for significant building and commercial projects.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Ward Manager to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Dorking, Surrey area.
You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This mental hospital provides acute mental health service along with a 3-bedded step-down, community focused ward.
The service supports males of working age, experiencing an acute mental health episode, providing the necessary levels of care required during crises

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Pin

As the Deputy Ward Manager your key responsibilities include:
Assist with the clinical development of the ward through managing staff and monitoring clinical standards and practice
Work closely with the Ward Manager to achieve ward targets and deliver high quality patient care
To co-ordinate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment
Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care
Manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within a ward or unit, ensuring it complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous experience of working within in an acute admissions environment
2 years post qualifying experience
Effective leadership skills including self-motivation
Passionate, driven, confident and resilient Leader
Have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team
A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
The successful Deputy Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £43,014 - £46,314 per annum DOE.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
