This will be hired on a fixed term contract basis until June 2027 initially.
Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in an L&D Advisor-level role (or equivalent)
Strong experience designing and delivering learning across face-to-face and digital platforms
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Strong digital learning capability and LMS administration experience

Support the development and delivery of an L&D strategy aligned to business goals

To work as part of the Youth Justice Service Court Team servicing primarily Birmingham Youth, Magistrates and Crown Court to fulfil the statutory requirements placed on the Youth Justice Service by the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and any proceeding legislation.

Purpose

Responsibilities

For the role of assembly mechanic you will be required to repair, modify or overhaul a variety of aircraft parts and components.
Key responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembler / Mechanical Fitter include:
- Overhauling and modifying mechanical, pneumatic, heat transfer, electronic, air turbine, and electro-mechanical aircraft components
- Fault finding, strip-down, initial inspection, parts call-up, rebuild, and final testing
- Working to approved technical data, service bulletins, and maintenance manuals
- Prioritising and processing units to meet customer delivery dates
- Completing all work in line with quality procedures and approved manuals
Essential skills for this Mechanical Assembler / Mechanical Fitter role:

Role Summary
