Please note; this role is primarily working from home however the successful candidate will be expected to travel.In this position, you will be expected to;- Maximise rental income, collate and share housing management data and present to services teams in a clear and meaningful way- Have oversight of rent setting, rent accounts, arrears and all types of voids across services- Develop and deliver comprehensive and achievable actions plans with Managers and Area Directors of services that have individual cases or high levels of arrears and provide targeted support to promote achievement which minimizes loss- Support services to maximise income from all sources and implement income collection systems which are flexible to the income source- Develop targeted, innovative void management strategies for services with specifically high levels of maintenance related voids- Liaise with landlords and property owners in relation to voids created and/or extended by their processes or inaction- Provide timely reports to Service Managers, SMT, ET and Trustees on arrears and void performance in line with regulatory requirements- Work with the Senior Facilities Manager to ensure the effective procurement and delivery of our reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance service which provide timely, value for money to a high standard for our clients- Have oversight of the organisational performance for repairs and maintenance services- Work with the Senior Facilities Manager to ensure services are meeting Health & Safety compliance and reporting- Ensure all legal documents (i.e tenancy / license agreements, occupancy , lease agreements) relating to housing management are centrally held and in place for all properties/clients and are kept up to date- Review Management Agreements from landlords to ensure that Area Directors are able to negotiate the best terms, liaising with external professionals where necessary- Support the Business Development Team on housing management information required for both tender opportunities and any subsequent mobilisations.
This may include drafting budgets and rent setting, with the support of the Finance Team.- Provide support to staff in the management of occupancy agreement breach cases including arrears, abandonment, ASB etc.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively and efficiently run a caseload that will consist of OIC and MOJ RTA claims with the intention of maximising damagers for our client by considering and pursuing all relevant heads of loss.
- To identify and flag vulnerable clients from the outset and flag any vulnerability on the system, accurately record why those vulnerabilities have required extra time, care, and attention when you speak to the client.
- To obtain all relevant and necessary evidence (medical or otherwise) to establish liability and value quantum ensuring that you follow departmental practice of which agency to instruct.

- To ensure that correct retainers and rates are sent to the client, that costs estimates are updated annually, and retainer rates reviewed regularly.
- To ensure that all evidence is closely scrutinised and stressed checked and cross referenced to all other evidence of both the Claimant and Defendant for inconsistencies.
- Discuss liability and/or quantum offers with the relevant parties, making use of the telephone rather than letter whenever possible to build a stronger client rapport.
- To assist with any internal projections or mentoring of staff that your manager or HOD deems appropriate for you to assist with.
Experience & Knowledge
- A Solicitor, ILEX qualified or file handler of substantial experience of running their own caseload within the personal injury field.
- A proven track record of running your own successful caseload ideally within a claimant personal injury environment.
- A good working knowledge of the CPR, relevant case law and legislation as well as experience of progressing claims in a timely manner in accordance with the CPR.
- To understand the Intermediate Track Fixed Fee regime introduced in October 2023.
- The ability to liaise and build up a rapport by using effective communication with all external agencies during the life of a claim including medical agencies, investigators, barristers etc.
- Good IT skills with a sound working knowledge of VF or a similar case management system and essential MS Office knowledge.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.

Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.

Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
