The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance and repair on plant manufacturing and facilities equipment and grounds.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Preheats production equipment for daily startup. Performs daily conditions checks on all operating equipment. Lubricates assigned equipment according to lubrication schedule. Maintains lubricant levels for mixer seal system and strainer ram lubrication system, check pumps % daily maintain grease levels, check pumps % daily. Checks all equipment air filters on a daily basis and replaces as necessary. Checks operation of air compressor and cooling tower daily, notes problems and makes corrections as required. Check monthly with Cooling Water Treatment Technician. Checks operation of algicide feeding system daily and refills as needed. Makes repairs to facilities as needed to include plumbing, heating, and A/C. Performs minor electrical maintenance. Operates maintenance machine tools, performs welding as needed, cutting torch and brazing. Responsible for maintenance shop housekeeping. Follows safe practices in the performance of all duties. Delivers and picks up items used for maintenance needs. Maintain air in line oiler throughout plant when needed lubricates. Performs other miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
Pay:

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
This is a 100% remote position that will support our Central Region.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.
Specifically, the Business Operations Project Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all administrative aspects for an array of project types.
This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.
Specifically, the Business Operations Project Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all administrative aspects for an array of project types.
This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services.
Key responsibilities encompass managing contractor payables, handling customer billings and receivables, ensuring compliance with standards and policies, applying book pricing and WTI documentation policies, overseeing commission and discounting policies, processing change orders, document management, financial data entry, and coordinating communications with Field Resources and Customers as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Administrator plays an integral role in the project lifecycle by validating, organizing, and ensuring compliance for all project documentation and financial processes.
Upon receiving SAP Sales Order information from Customer Service Representatives, the administrator confirms all compliance requirements based on the WTI Price Book Policy/Procedures and Contract Management Policy, completing checklists to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed.
This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights.
Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days.
This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval.
The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.

Job Purpose
The PCG Consolidation Manager is responsible for accounting, consolidating and analyzing the financial statements for the Performance Coatings Group segment.
This role will be the segment lead on monthly close process as well as have global ownership of mapping from the trial balance into consolidation system.
This position is not remote and requires a minimum of 3 days per week on site at our Maple Shade, New Jersey location.

Principal Accountabilities

Financial Close & Reporting
Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process in Onestream, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with USGAAP. Ensures proper consolidation accounting of subsidiary statements including roll forwards, inter-company accounts, and profit in ending inventory. Ownership of global trial balance (Infor LN) account mapping into consolidation tool. Support of Corporate quarterly and annual reporting requirements (10-K, disclosure support, ad hoc filings, etc).
Leadership & Collaboration
Conducts financial departmental training programs for use of new reporting packages and concepts. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the consolidation process. Ability to effectively communicate with domestic and international finance team members to achieve desired results.
Other Duties
Support of the M&A group in reporting related to acquisitions, including P&L geography review during beginning phases of the acquisition process. Provide Financial Planning and Analysis support to the broader PCG management team on special projects and management requests. Oversight of the administrative aspects of PCG's Onestream environment, including: User access additions/removals Administration of the Account Reconciliation module of Onestream.

Experience |Education | Certifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of data flows between ERP systems and financial consolidation platforms, ensuring alignment between USGAAP and statutory reporting. Hands-on experience with Financial Close and Consolidation systems, such as OneStream. Proven track record of owning and leading the financial close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in alignment with public company deadlines. ERP system experience (Infor LN preferred) and comfort with digital finance tools and process automation platforms. Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions and regions in a matrixed organization. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
: The Senior Construction Accountant (Tremco CPG Inc) is responsible for the accounting activities associated with the Tremco CPG Inc's service businesses that offer comprehensive roofing and general contracting services to building owners and facility managers in the United States and Canada.
Candidates should possess a strong command of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and of provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
This position will oversee processes critical to the business including percentage of completion (POC) and ASC 606 revenue recognition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Responsible for critical accounting and reporting activities for Tremco CPG Inc.'s service roofing and general contracting businesses, including month-end and annual close. Ensure timely completion of month-end close procedures to adhere to strict deadlines. Work alongside construction managers and other operations team members to perform monthly control activities related to percentage of completion revenue recognition. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with construction team members Prepare monthly reconciliations associated with contract assets and WIP Collaborate with contract admin team to document processes and enhance control environment. Review monthly balance sheet and income statement analytics and other procedures as part of the month-end close to ensure transactions have been properly captured. Perform monthly and quarterly controls within company policies and procedures. Successfully interfaces with internal audit and external audit resources.
Provide audit requests timely and facilitate completion of the audit on time. The duties above are performed within the guidelines of US GAAP while adhering to corporate procedures, internal/Sarbanes Oxley controls and RPM reporting requirements.

Job Purpose
The PCG Consolidation Manager is responsible for accounting, consolidating and analyzing the financial statements for the Performance Coatings Group segment.
This role will be the segment lead on monthly close process as well as have global ownership of mapping from the trial balance into consolidation system.
This position is not remote and requires a minimum of 3 days per week on site at our Maple Shade, New Jersey location.

Principal Accountabilities

Financial Close & Reporting
Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process in Onestream, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with USGAAP. Ensures proper consolidation accounting of subsidiary statements including roll forwards, inter-company accounts, and profit in ending inventory. Ownership of global trial balance (Infor LN) account mapping into consolidation tool. Support of Corporate quarterly and annual reporting requirements (10-K, disclosure support, ad hoc filings, etc).
Leadership & Collaboration
Conducts financial departmental training programs for use of new reporting packages and concepts. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the consolidation process. Ability to effectively communicate with domestic and international finance team members to achieve desired results.
Other Duties
Support of the M&A group in reporting related to acquisitions, including P&L geography review during beginning phases of the acquisition process. Provide Financial Planning and Analysis support to the broader PCG management team on special projects and management requests. Oversight of the administrative aspects of PCG's Onestream environment, including: User access additions/removals Administration of the Account Reconciliation module of Onestream.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of data flows between ERP systems and financial consolidation platforms, ensuring alignment between USGAAP and statutory reporting. Hands-on experience with Financial Close and Consolidation systems, such as OneStream. Proven track record of owning and leading the financial close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in alignment with public company deadlines. ERP system experience (Infor LN preferred) and comfort with digital finance tools and process automation platforms. Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions and regions in a matrixed organization. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Under limited supervision, performs skilled welding duties including Pipe Welding on Carbon and Stainless and Pipe Fitting, Plant maintenance, repair, and structural welding; performs other maintenance and repair duties, as assigned.
The Maintenance Welder will be working 4-day, 10-hour schedule and on call nights, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to understand and perform complex repair procedures while following oral and written instruction specific to the equipment being repaired.
Able to Work 4 day/10-hour shift.
Must have Basic Mechanical ability.
Ability to conduct Structural welding.
Proven ability to Pipe Welding on Carbon and Stainless.
Pipe Fitting.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, catwalks, or high lifts.
Develops a full understanding of chemical hazards specific to area assigned to, including knowledge of required PPE for each job.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, and/or specifications.
Work in plant, and shop environment.
Develops a full understanding of material identification code system, including hazard identification numbering for repair jobs that require clearing of equipment in such service.
Must develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices.
This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment.
Develops a basic understanding of bulk tank systems.
This includes a numbering system and location tank tables, level measuring systems and transfer pumps for repairing such systems.
Must develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems.
This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems.
Work with internal costumers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime.
Help to maintain records on equipment to build history to track equipment service and replacement requirements.
Assist in training of less skilled mechanics.
Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies.
Work with and/or supervise projects using outside contractor.
Perform all work according to Tremco CPG quality, emergency, and safety procedures.
Assist with Housekeeping.
Adhere to fire watch responsibilities.
LOTO/Safe use of hand power tools.
Understand line break permits, burning & welding permits.
Observe and understand TPM project.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma/GED.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
3 or more years of experience in mechanical field.
Experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting plant issues.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.

Basic safety training such as Right to Know, Hazmat, Hazwoper.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Ability to use a respirator.
Ability to work from heights and wear fall protection if necessary.
Ability to enter and work within a confined space.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3 or more years of experience in a chemical plant environment.
Formal Craft training or NCCER preferred.
TCEQ licensed for wastewater treatment and water well operation.
Experienced working on jobs alone or with minimum supervision.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Understanding of measurement instrumentation, pumps, and mixers.
College degree or certification.
