I am looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a leading Accident Repair Centre in the Nottingham area.
Key Panel Beater Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operation of body alignment jigs
- Panel straightening and filling.
- Replacement of panels
- Welding and bonding of vehicle structure
- Removing and replacing complete body shell
- Keep an accurate list of parts required.
Minimum requirements as a Panel Beater
- Time served and/or qualified to city & guilds or NVQ level.
- ATA is advantageous but not essential.

Additional certificate training in the areas of responsibility a plus.
Windows based PCs & Networks knowledge, or experience.

What We Are Looking For:
* Previously worked as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, Aftersales Team Leader, Workshop Manager, Workshop Controller or in a similar role
* Prior experience of successfully managing an aftersales department, ideally within a main dealership environment.
* Strong technical understanding of automotive aftersales operations.
* A proactive and hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and driving performance improvement.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Self-motivated, driven, and focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
